Chris from Precision recently replaced a broken spring on our garage door. He did a great job. He was efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and a very good communicator. He provided us with several options and explained each option. Additionally he called twice to provide us with an estimated time of arrival. Your tech,I believe name was Derek was awesome. Gave accurate quote on all labor and parts needed to complete job. Was very friendly and from Delco which is a plus. Upon completion I was testing door again and he noticed it go down and come back up while sitting in van in driveway. A minute later he knocked on door to make sure I had operated the up feature and door did not go up on its own.
