I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the garage doors and service. I bought two new garage doors in April of this year. One door was making a cracking noise when opening and shutting. I called the company yesterday. An appointment was set up for today. The service person Shaun came on time, fixed the minor problem, checked the other door, and there was no charge. All good!

The technician was super communicative and very friendly. He was incredibly knowledgeable and timely. I believe he did a quality job in a very timely manner and helped us out where he could. I was a little shocked that it was over 400 dollars to replace a spring, I understand there was a minimum for the work he could do and I understand that's just what it costs. But that did hurt. Everything is expensive these days I suppose. Thankyou for the excellent job done.

I needed to replace the original garage door opener for my home after the unit failed. Scheduling my appointment was handled very smoothly and in a timely fashion. On the day of the install, the technician (Darrin Mills) called to let me know at what time he was going to arrive. His arrival estimate was spot on and once on site, Darrin listened to my expectations and then thoroughly explained my options. Once I'd made the decision for materials, he set to work and installed the new door opener and tested its operation. To close out the install, Darrin made sure I understood the operation of the new hardware and made sure that all of my questions and concerns were addressed. Following a power outage my door opener stopped working. The technician came and condemned the "board" due to a suspected power surge. Subsequently the door started functioning again following another outage (way to go PECO). My concern is that the board was condemned (for $300+) without testing for power cycling. I'm left with the worry that this will happen again. Understand that I am not faulting the technician, but he as well as I should have tried to power cycle the unit.
