AJ visited my house, on short notice, to solve different problems with my two garage door openers. He was friendly, prompt, and professional. He also walked me through everything he was doing, from diagnosing problems to proposing my options for solving them. I hope I don't need to have my openers fixed again any time soon, but if I do I'll most certainly ask AJ to come back. One opener wouldn't sync with any new remote I'd tried, so I figured the antenna system was shot. But AJ got it working with a different kind of universal remote and explained what the manufacturers of each remote didn't mention regarding compatibility standards. The other opener had an internal plastic cog that was completely stripped. AJ talked me through the pros and cons of replacing the malfunctioning part versus replacing the opener's head unit; I decided on a head unit replacement. AJ installed it quickly and without fault. I now have two working garage doors and remotes for each of them.

Precision's service was excellent through the entire process from the initial estimate to the installation and, due to a defect, the repair to the one door. Kurt, Beth, Angel and Ed were all very professional. We ordered a single and a double Classica 3000. Our only complaint is that the manufacturer of this model was incredibly backlogged and we had to wait 3 months for the doors to come in. One was damaged on receipt so we had to wait another 8 weeks for that.

My garage door opener, interior and exterior keypad totally died today. I am a past customer of Precision and knew I could count on them to confirm my fears and make the necessary repairs. Although an expensive repair, I am thrilled with the new Liftmaster garage door open, ah a keypad that works with a light touch, and the silence of the door is astounding to me - who knew. The work was diagnosed and repaired efficiently within 1 1/2 hours. I feel the better quality unit is going to give me years of service and I no longer have to wonder if the door will or will not open - the gremlin has left the building and with a Precision technician's expertise I am back up and running.

The google search gave me many options but I was drawn to the 24/7 same day repair possibility during a snow storm and I like dealing with local businesses. The West Chester site was close, the support for quick repair led to an order for a new improved garage door system when weather permits in the spring. Precision Door has repaired our garage door previously and also in January 2021. Repair was scheduled without delay. The service technician was knowledgeable and competent. I had a great experience with you guys today. Gabriel was handling the job if im not mistaken. I was really only wanting to repair my garage door due to a faulty bottom bracket and crooked door but we ended up replacing the spring, bearings as well as adding a wall mounted Liftmaster unit. This was my spur of the moment wanting. Well, the bearings were shot and age of the springs/efficiency left questions to we decided to start fresh.. Ive never dealt with a company who was so quick to get all items finished but more so on a "quote day". If only i could find a electrician to do my lights that fast.. haha My garage good is functional , efficient and reliable now. Now I can clean organize and redo my floors and get this garage finished! Thank you for staying late, being prompt and trustworthy. I will be recommending you to others moving forward

Called Precision on Sat. 1/9/2021 and had an appt. same day with a 3 hour window. Asked to be called 15 min. before service man arrival and that was honored. Service man was very pleasant, friendly and took the time to look over the door and sensors made a small adj. to one sensor and door/remote was working again. No parts needed but service man did point of a few minor issues that may need attention in the future, but nothing serious and pressure to fix at the time, just a little FYI to think about. If needing repairs again, I would call Precision, as I was very happy and would recommend to anyone needing repair/replacement.
