AJ and Kurt repaired my brother in law's garage door yesterday and did a fantastic job. They completely restored all of the movable parts plus the door opener. They clearly understood what was needed and explained all the options. Having discussed my brother in law's health/mobility issues they provided suggestions that were right on point particularly the MyQ remote access app that allows him to control the garage door from his cell phone. Scheduled an appoint because the cable through one of our spring broke. Our technician came out and spent most of his time walking in circles in the garage randomly yelling to my wife about different things he saw in the garage. He then told my wife he needed to rebuild the entire system. When she told him that she wanted to think about it, he adjusted the door so two pulley ran into each other on the remaining cable, leaving the garage door unable to fully close. This then bent the angle iron on that side. In summary, I called for service and had my system broken further by the technician that attempted to scam us. Would never recommend to anyone.

Called Precision last Saturday and they scheduled me for the following Monday at 10:00. AJ their serviceman called to let me know he would be at my house around 10:00 that morning. He replaced my tortion bar springs and rollers. He also checked door operation and explained what he was doing to me. The pricing was fair and I would highly recommended Precision to anyone in need of excellent service.

Garage door was operating pretty roughly and then opener worked only sporadically. A friend had recently used Precision for a fix on his garage door and recommended them to me. I called late on Christmas Eve and was given an appointment for the day after Christmas. Came when scheduled (actually early). Had a spring failure on one of my two doors on the night before Xmas Eve. Was shocked that Precision could come over on Xmas eve and repair door. Leo called, and came over ahead of schedule. Fantastic knowledge of their craft as well as excellent customer service. I had a emergent issue with my double garage door that was so severe, I thought it absolutely needed replacement. Do not recommend. They charge $30 for an estimate and prices are more than double that other companies. Total rip off when I clearly asked on the phone for an estimate. No service was provided.
