I would give you a 5 as the highest rating. I was very impressed with Dan. Very knowledgeable,personalable,did a great job for me! He came , reviewed my garagedoor situation, offered me three options, advised on the merits of each. I decided to get a whole new garage door opener. Within a couple of hours I had a whole new system. I could not be more satisfied or appreciative of the job Dan did for me. I highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Services. We called Precision after out garage door opener failed. Ed evaluated our system and made recommendations of repair and replacement. He explained the mechanical operation and safety elements of the springs, rollers, cables, etc. He completed the repairs quickly and effectively and reviewed the operation of the new opener. Keith and his guys are tremendous. I found them when my old door became inoperable and they sold me a new door, and everything associated with it, at a very reasonable price and they came when they said they would and communicated with me all along the way and generally exceeded my expectations. Very competent and honest! I recently had a keypad stop working and they were out the next day and fixed it in no time at all. I highly recommend them!

Dan was great, first he called and said he was ahead of schedule and asked if he could show up early. I was having a problem with my garage door opener. He looked at the issues and we talked about the pro's and con's of repairing or replacing the opener. I decided the best option was to replace with a new LiftMaster Opener. Dan was very professional from start to finish.

Precision is the best..called on Saturday and the new opener was installed on Monday. Multiple calls by the service technician and he was on time. Completed the installation and cleaned up the area. Would definitely have them out should we have other garage door problems...

Our garage spring broke (on Sunday afternoon of course) and needed the car on Monday. I called expecting to get a recording to call an emergency number and then get someone on Monday. Was pleasantly surprised to get a live person and was told a technician can come in the evening. About a half hour later Bryan called to say he was in the area so he showed up about 45 minutes after my initial call. Bryan was very professional and explained what he was gonna do - replacing both springs. He completed his work in about a 1/2 an hour or so, we were very pleased with his work

Had a defcon 5 garage door emergency. Called Precision and they were out my house within a half hour. Dan from Precision, fixed everything and got the garage door back on track and able to be used. Without warning the garage door would only rise a short distance and stop. In the past this has been due to misalignment of safety sensor or debris but not this time. I called Precision Door and explained what was occurring and was told most likely it was the spring and that was correct because after arranging for a service call I checked. I was told to expect the Tech, Bryan Grammond, between 10a and 2p and he arrived some 20 minutes before 2p. He quickly saw the problem and promptly set about to replace the two springs that had broken. The door is once again operating correctly and I can say that the service was prompt and I would commend the Tech, Bryan, for a job well done and the Company for their response. Much appreciated. I have used Precision Door in the past and will continue to do so.

I called another garage door repair place on Monday AM as my side was acting weird/wouldn't work even after troubleshooting and googling potential issues. He said he'd call back- I waited 2 days he never did. I called Precision and a man picked up, asked me what was going on tried to mini troubleshoot to make sure I didn't lock it out, etc. Then scheduled Ed to come out who came out 2 days later (after I got an email verifying my scheduled apt). Ed was out on time when he said- went through cheaper possible solutions and we ended up needing either a new receiver (electrical board) or just replacing the unit. I ended up replacing the unit as it was just $50 or so more than replacing the board. It was a 2 1/2 year old Lift Master and Ed stated he hadn't seen that go bad w/oyr a lightning strike or electrical surge in his 5 years doing this. Does it suck that a 2 year old opener failed- yes but Ed did a great job troubleshooting and explaining what my options were and what I paid for. Oh and my next door neighbor apparently came and grabbed him to look at hers since she was having issues also. He went over and did just that even though she hadn't called it in and scheduled it etc. Good guy, good service and company.
