Ed called before coming over and arrived at the time he stated over the phone. Once he examined my garage door, he explained what was needed and why it was needed. I was presented with three different estimates that was broken down with what what was to be done. Once I made my choice he went right to work. He always was asking if I had any questions and he answered all the questions I had. I am very pleased with the work that was done and the way Ed presented himself and the company.

We heard a loud noise Friday evening and discovered the garage door spring was broken. Called Precision at 8am Saturday. Ed Hesling arrived at 9:30. He quickly provided a safety inspection and replaced the spring and other worn parts. Ed is a very friendly and professional service technician. We would highly recommend Ed and Precision.

I had a spring break on my garage door at the worst time possible. I found Precision Door in the Yellowbook. I gave them a call and they provided me with same day service. Leo was my technician and provided me with OUTSTANDING SERVICE! He was prompt, professional, courteous and did an EXCELLENT JOB! While I hope I don't have to replace any more springs, if I do, I will absolutely use Leo and Precision Door.

We are very satisfied with the service we received when the spring on our dourble car garage door broke around 7 p.m. last night. My wife is in a wheelchair and the garage is her main source of entry into our home. I went on line to look for a garage door repair service, found Precision, checked the reviews of those who use Precision, found many needed new springs, called them and got an appointment for first thing this morning. Bryan called to say he was on his way as indicated by the call service and arrived at the time he was predicted to be on site. He was very efficient and had the parts needed with him. We could not ask for more.

The team at Precision was great to deal with, starting with Tom the owner. We initially wanted to temporarily remove our old door to facilitate drywall work in our garage but when the door was inspected we learned that it could not be removed without damaging it. At that point Tom walked us through the new door options without pressuring us to buy. We ordered a new door but when it arrived the installers realized that the original measurements were incorrect and our door had to be ordered at a custom size. Tom handled this without any additional charge and the correct sized door arrived the next week. Angel and his assistant installed the door perfectly in one morning. He raised the rails as I requested so we now have a beautiful new door with greater headroom. I would gladly recommend Precision to my friends and family.

As discussed with Tom, there was no communication to me that Bryan was going to be an hour late after the set appointment. Having the technician or office staff contact the customer if there is to be a delay would eliminate this issue. Bryan is not a good reflection of customer service on your company which I have found everyone else I have dealt with in the past to be excellent. I only hope the quality of his work is better than his customer service.

WINNER! I am continually extremely impressed with this company. My garage spring failed last night at 7PM. By 730PM I had a confirmed appointment scheduled for this morning 10AM - NOON. For the second time (I am a repeat customer) I had the good fortune of Abubuakar being assigned my call (knowing however that every engineer at this company is excellent). Abubuakar is a great ambassador for Precision. He is on time, personable, and an absolute expert in this field. By 11AM my door spring and cables were replaced, lubricated, tested, and back to full function. Abubuakar is simply exceptional. I can't say enough how well this company operates. It has the perfect blend of human and automated process. Five stars is not an easy grade to earn. Precision deserves a sixth and maybe a seventh. Thank you as always for fabulous service, value, and customer experience.

My garage door would close part way, stop, and then open back up. It would sometimes take me 5 pushes of the button just to get the door to finally completely close. Of course when the technician was here, the problem could not be replicated. However, the problem got worse and a technician came out on his way home from work to diagnose the problem. He found a faulty wire at the connection to the opener. He fixed that and I have had no problems at all since then. And this second visit was free of charge. Would HIGHLY recommend these guys!
