I have to state, I really appreciate Mr. Reinke's effort to come up with creative solutions for our dilemma. As you both know, the manufacture could not be readily identified. In short, this meant we would have to go with a comparable door from a current line being manufactured. Ultimately, your dedication to working with us and willingness to come out and visit speaks volumes about Precision Door Service's dedication to customer service and creative problem solving.
