We received an excellent response/ service from your technician Chris Schray. He arrived on time, diagnosed the problem with our garage door opener which was no longer working. I have used Precision in the past and was very pleased with the service. Now at my new home I needed service. Precision came out Monday 12/9 after putting in the request on Friday 12/6. They even made my call the first one. Chris and Tina called the night before and the day of to let me know what find they would arrive. They accessed my door and gave me a quote. They had all the parts needed for the repairs and did so in a timely manner. I could not ask for better service and highly recommend Precision.

Asked for service for broken spring …. was trying to upsell every service imaginable. When we explained we just wanted the spring fixed he refused to do just the one on the basis it wasn’t safe. My home, understand concerns but in the end if we only want one spring fixed that’s what we should get! Won’t call them again since they are only interested in selling you way more than needed! Lowest quote was over $600. Was trying to sell us $1300-$1600 in work. Husband fixed it for $25.
