I have used Precision Door Service for years. Most recently, the circuit boards died in my 15-year set of garage door openers. Our garage door opener was not working correctly. Your technician, Gabriel, came to our home and fixed the opener so it was working correctly. Gabriel fixed it fairly quickly and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. He sent an email and also called approximately 30 minutes prior to his arrival, so we knew when to expect him.

The spring on our garage door broke on a Monday night. I called Precision on Tuesday afternoon and they set me up for a Wednesday afternoon appointment. Our technician called when he was on his way. He explained everything that needed to be done and gave his recommendations to repair our garage door. Work was great and done in about an hour. Great job and a satisfied customer! Thank you!

He even looked over the other door and providing guidance on its condition, since he was here for a spring failure. We chose to do both doors even though, the other door had newer springs. Their installation by previous owner, was not professionally done. Never felt pressured just informed.

We just purchased a new house and noticed the garage doors were very squeaky and we only had a remote for one of the two doors. Lou showed up right on time (we had a 3-6 window and he was there at 2:55!). He looked at everything, gave us an assessment of the condition of the doors and motors and lubed them to reduce the noise they make. Really personable and knowledgeable. Will keep them on speed dial if we ever need the doors or motors serviced.
