The 5 stars reviews sold me and reading some of them. Plus I thought Precision was a much more professional company after calling another garage door repair one. AJ did a great job and I would definitely hire Precision to do any garage door work. I am seriously thinking of having a better garage door opening installed in my garage in the spring.

The tech AJ called me the night before to let me know he would be at my house at 8am, and he showed up right on time. AJ saw the issue right away, let me know what options I had for the repair, and quickly got to work on the fix. He used stronger springs and fixed some other small issues the door was having. The work was quick and the door functions better than it did before the spring broke. I can't recommend Precision enough. 5 stars.

Gabriel worked on our OLD garage door and got it working by fixing the cables/pulleys/springs to get us through until we change our siding and replace the doors to match. He is very professional and courteous and took great pride in his work. He thoroughly explained everything he recommended doing and went over the exact cost to discuss with my husband. Then worked efficiently to get our door working better than it has in years. When we buy our new doors/openers, I hope the installers are as good as Gabriel.

From the first call to set up the appointment to the on time arrival of Leo the service tech to his very professional and easy to understand explanation. it was seamless. Our door went on the Saturday night before Christmas. We were going out of town and needed a functioning garage door. I called at 5 p.m. Saturday night, got an immediate appt for 8 to 11 Sunday morning and the repairman arrived at 8:15. THIS WAS THE SUNDAY BEFORE CHRISTMAS WHEN MANY FOLKS WERE IN CHURCH. Door was repaired within an hour. Repairman wa exceptionally pleasant and knowledgeable. Paid $315, including for emergency service, but it was well worth it. I would highly recommend this service. Can't believe they were so prompt and professional on a holiday weekend!

They did an awesome job. When my kids were learning to drive, one hit the garage. The door frame was slightly bent. They fixed the frame before installing the new door. They installed it correctly, not just replacing the old doors.

He explained the diagnosis in detail and options available to me. I chose his recommendation due to his knowledge and professionalism. The work was completed in one hour and my garage door is working perfectly. I will be calling on Precision and AJ in the future should needs arise.

Very pleased. My service was scheduled for the day after my call. I was told Will would be my technician. He arrived as promised and was able to replace my motor that day. He was friendly and respectful and did the job within a couple of hours. The new motor is quiet and smooth. No more wondering if the door will open or not. Highly recommended.
