The technician who did the service call was great and explained everything he did, reset the settings on my controller, and made a few wire adjustments to avoid future problems. However, the actual problem (misaligned sensors) could have been taken care of over the telephone, if the person who took my call had been more explicit in his questions and test questions. I also appreciated the quick service - I called on a Friday afternoon and was offered a Saturday morning appointment, which was inconvenient for me, so the technician came early Monday morning, right on time.

Technician was on-time, knowledgeable, and offered a variety of solutions with different pricing options for fixing the broken springs. Repair was done without much fanfare and the doors work now. In a world where (unfortunately) many repair jobs are a hassle to schedule, a song-and-dance to get done, and then the issue persists, Precision Door simply delivers. This is the second fix we've used them for and will not hesitate in the future.
