I called Precision based on the reviews they have gotten even though I had a coupon for another company. I am so glad I did! A.J. Was fantastic. Great sense of humor which goes a long way when you’re having to have unplanned repair work done! His scheduled time was 8AM and he was a little early! He checked everything out and then let me know what my best long term options were and of course the cost. I initially called for a repair (chain fell off the gear) but after explaining and showing me why this happened, he replaced the garage door opener unit, made sure everything was working properly and I was able to leave the house on time for a previous appt. I would highly recommend Precision Door Service. Everyone I spoke with with was friendly and professional! When the time comes, I will use them again!

Outstanding Serive and repair. We had one of our garage door torsion springs fail. Leo was our technician. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and early. We had him replace the failed torsion spring and also the other door spring as these were both over 20 years old. He did a great job and I would highly recommend Precision Door and Leo.
