Technician, William, was here 3 hours after I called. He found the problem and the door was running in 15 minutes. Tech also explained the problem and the likelihood a replacement unit might be required soon.

Our door went on the Saturday night before Christmas. We were going out of town and needed a functioning garage door. I called at 5 p.m. Saturday night, got an immediate appt for 8 to 11 Sunday morning and the repairman arrived at 8:15. THIS WAS THE SUNDAY BEFORE CHRISTMAS WHEN MANY FOLKS WERE IN CHURCH. Door was repaired within an hour. Repairman wa exceptionally pleasant and knowledgeable. Paid $315, including for emergency service, but it was well worth it. I would highly recommend this service. Can't believe they were so prompt and professional on a holiday weekend!

I called Precision to fix a garage door because they had done good work for me in the past. Today, AJ arrived as scheduled and diagnosed the issue. He explained the diagnosis in detail and options available to me. I chose his recommendation due to his knowledge and professionalism. The work was completed in one hour and my garage door is working perfectly. I will be calling on Precision and AJ in the future should needs arise.

Tonight our garage door decided not to open and both cars were in it. We knew we had to get someone out so I googled garage door repairs. Precision came up and it said 24/7 service. I called and spoke to Brian. I was so excited I got a real person. No pushing buttons. I explained the problem and then had Brian talk to my husband. Jim said Leo would be coming. I figured we were going to be waiting forever. Not his time. Leo called and said he would be at our house within a half hour. He actually got here sooner. It took Leo about 1 1/2 hours to replace the spring. Before he started he explained everything he had to do and what it would cost. No surprises. Leo was absolutely wonderful. He fixed the garage door and, once again, explained everything he did when he was finished. I can’t say enough how grateful I am that I found Precision. From my initial phone call to Leo finishing the job everything was so professional. I highly recommend Precision and can’t thank them enough for the great job they did. Thank you to Brian and especially to Leo.

We called during a holiday week with no expectations of getting an appointment until the following week. To our surprise, they had an opening that day for us. The technician was scheduled for 1-4, but was ahead of scheduled and called to ask if he could come around 11:30. We were available, so we said yes. Leo was professional, polite, and a great listener. We went through all the possible reasons for our trouble and came up with a plan A, but he left with a plan B. With no pressure, he also took at look at our system and made some suggestions. We received quotes that were perfectly reasonable. We will seriously consider them, but we will absolutely call Precision the next time we need help with our garage door opener system.

I called Precision Doors, for an estimate on installing a garage door opener. They were able to set me up with an appointment the very next day. My installation tech AJ was very knowledgeable and professional. He even did some minor repairs to the structure, which ensures the opener wouldn’t have any issues long term. Everything was explained to me vs. trying to sell me a product. I did end up purchasing a Precision Door opener and sent the third-party door opener back (it was inferior). I’m pleased with the whole experience and would highly recommend your company to my friends.

Found Precision in the yellow pages...needed new spring and cables on 25 year old single garage door unit... Delighted, even honestly surprised when their service (A J Yanko) showed up On Time, looked at the situation, gave me four options, had all the needed materials, tackled the job as promised even though a couple of invisible snags got in the way (e.g. studs not centered inside the wall), and finished by updating the system for twenty dollars or so more than simply repairing the old system. AJ knew his stuff, exceedingly polite, great work. Thanks. I'll call Precision when the old opener needs replacing; AJ's honest appraisal: keep the old one until it's done. Nice not to be "sold" unnecessarily.

A. J. was on right on time (a few minutes ahead of schedule actually) and assessed the problem(s) with the garage door quickly. We agreed on a scope of work and a price and he went to work right away. He finished the repair work in a reasonable time frame. A. J. did not oversell what was needed which was refreshing. A.J. replaced the springs, pulleys, cables and safety cables on one garage door and lubricated and replaced the rubber seal on the threshold on both garage doors. I did not see A.J's bio on your website. Having background investigations and drug tests is always comforting. I did not know this fact about Precision Door Service until I was sent this survey. I would recommend Precision Door Service to friends.
