Found Precision in the yellow pages...needed new spring and cables on 25 year old single garage door unit... Delighted, even honestly surprised when their service (A J Yanko) showed up On Time, looked at the situation, gave me four options, had all the needed materials, tackled the job as promised even though a couple of invisible snags got in the way (e.g. studs not centered inside the wall), and finished by updating the system for twenty dollars or so more than simply repairing the old system. AJ knew his stuff, exceedingly polite, great work. Thanks. I'll call Precision when the old opener needs replacing; AJ's honest appraisal: keep the old one until it's done. Nice not to be "sold" unnecessarily.

A. J. was on right on time (a few minutes ahead of schedule actually) and assessed the problem(s) with the garage door quickly. We agreed on a scope of work and a price and he went to work right away. He finished the repair work in a reasonable time frame. A. J. did not oversell what was needed which was refreshing. A.J. replaced the springs, pulleys, cables and safety cables on one garage door and lubricated and replaced the rubber seal on the threshold on both garage doors. I did not see A.J's bio on your website. Having background investigations and drug tests is always comforting. I did not know this fact about Precision Door Service until I was sent this survey. I would recommend Precision Door Service to friends.

Broken spring :( We originally called the West Chester company that installed our garage door, and were told the earliest they could get here was 1-1/2 to 2 weeks out! That wait time was ridiculous (what if our cars had been trapped in the garage with a door too heavy to lift?!)... I'm so glad we looked for another provider and found Precision! We got an appointment with Precision the very next day, the estimate was very clearly presented, and the work was all done in about an hour. AJ was friendly, professional, and did an awesome job!! Would absolutely recommend.

A cable to our garage door had snapped. Called Precision Door Service. Geoffrey our repair tech, came that same day, right on time. Told him I wanted to keep same door/everything at least a couple more years. So Geoff suggested replacing some worn-out parts, which he installed. Work was completed quickly and efficiently. Geoff then advised me on how and also how often to keep the rigging lubricated. I recommend this outfit very highly.

When I called, I was not told about the $29.95 service fee. Technician could not fix my door but could re -build the hardware that lifts and closes the door for $500.00+ He was at my house for 5 minutes and I paid almost $30 for NOTHING!

Precision saved the day when my garage door would not open. I called them, describing the problem, and they gave me a time range when a technician could come to fix it. When asked, they told me every tech's van was stocked with all necessary parts. Leo arrived and explained what he would do to fix the mechanism. In about a half hour, it was done! Leo had me work the door to show it was as good as new. Great job done in a timely fashion. I was SO relieved. Leo was courteous, clear about the work, and quite quick. Thank you, Leo.

In the moment the availability of same day service on a Saturday was the hook. Only one side of our two door garage was working, barely, so we could get one car out and then my husband miraculously maneuvered my car around in the garage to get it out his side. We used another company in the past who we had to leave a voicemail before receiving a call back. They have no weekend hours or emergency service.
