June 22, 2019 We are very pleased with the quality and timeliness of the service provided by Gabe and his associate (sorry I forget his name). They explained the problem and gave us the cost and time quote before they started. They completed their work on time and disposed of the broken parts.

Called this morning and scheduled appt. for today (between 3 and 6pm). Tech arrived 3:15pm. "Will" was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He explained the problem and addressed it in a reasonable amount of time. This was not my first service call with Precision. Hopefully, I won't need their service too frequently, but will not hesitate to call them if I do.

Geof did a professional job replacing a broken cable in my wife's garage door. I thought only one cable had to be fixed, but he showed me that both cables should be replaced. I will call Precision Door for any servicing of our garage doors in the future.

Spring broke on my garage door. Did an online search, and Precision popped up serving my area in Chester County. They were the first company I called, and I was pleasantly surprised when the representative said they could have someone out the same day! Geoffrey was on time, early actually, and able to meet my scheduling needs in the afternoon. He was super friendly, and extra careful as he completed the work in the garage, paying special attention to the parked vehicles inside the garage, which I was a tad nervous about. He understood and assured me all would be well. He was careful and considerate, and replaced both springs in about 45 minutes. The service was great, and I'll definitely use these guys again should I need help with garage door repairs in the future! Thank you!

Today your technician came out to check out garage door opener. He was professional and informative explaining the various systems to me. I also like the fact he arrived fully prepared to handle whatever problem there was. We talked about various systems; he sent information on PDS800 and PDS900. I will definitely contact Precision again. At this time he inspected the door opener only.

Leon was great. Work was done in an hour. Problem was diagnosed and several replacement options presented. Also offered to fix the 27 year old unit if I didn't want to replace. New unit works great, is whisper quiet, and has more features than the last. We love it. Same day service was also great.

I knew I had a few broken rollers, and maybe some spring and pulley issues... But after Leo's quick assessment; I decided to let him just replace everything, including the opener. I now have a very quiet, smooth operating door. The belt drive opener, with the silicon rollers is the way to go. I won't miss my noisy old chain drive opener one bit. Everything works great, and I feel it was money well spent. Leo was very professional, and obviously knows his trade very well.
