After researching garage door products and service providers I called Precision West Chester first. We replaced our 25 year old 16 foot wooden garage door, springs, rollers, remote keypads and belt drive opener! Keith's team at Precision delivered on all fronts. From our initial assessment and product proposal by Danny we hose their Best Hormann Orion 3200 door with windows, upgraded torsion springs/rollers, remotes PDC 800 belt opener. Precision provided great communication, flexible scheduling and on time delivery with installation by Angel and Eddy.Best, the door materials and finish are great and operation is very quiet.

The torsion spring in our garage suddenly snapped. We searched the internet and saw advertising for Precision, which serviced our area. We called and reached the answering service. The woman was very kind and efficient, sending a technician, Dan, to our home just one hour after our call. Dan was very efficient and knowledgeable. He had all the parts on his truck that we needed for a complete repair. We were happy that (from the time the spring broke), within three hours we had a fully functional garage door with new springs and rollers. We're pretty sure that's a record in performance!

After crashing through my garage door in the November snowstorm, I was relieved to have someone help me through the replacement process. They were there first thing next morning and helped anchor the door in place. Being a custom door that had to abide by HOA rules we had to wait the 3 weeks for delivery. Door arrived on time and the employees all were great! Definitely recommend them to anyone!

Excellent service. Received email confirmation once scheduled. Initial email contained employee pictures. Received another email identifying which employee would service the call. Morning of appointment employee called and introduced himself, confirmed scheduled time and provided ETA. He arrived on time as originally scheduled. He was neatly dressed, polite, well groomed and knowledgeable. We discussed the issue (frayed cable, single strand remaining) and he then proceeded to do an overall inspection. Upon completion of inspection, he offered 3 different levels of service from fixing the immediate issue to replacing parts that tend to have a similar service life. We opted for "fixing the immediate issue". He went to work and was done in no time at all. I will most definitely call them for future service and would not hesitate to recommend them to a friend.

Leo spent time with us on a Saturday reviewing our options, and patiently helped us decide on color and window options. The doors look great! Angel and Edwin did an excellent job installing everything. Only glitch was that the tracks ordered would not allow the doors to open, but they secured them and came back on Saturday to finish the job. Words cannot say how great it feels to be able to open both doors cleanly and quietly, and how great they look! Already recommended Precision to my boss for repairs he has put off for years.

Although much more expensive than I expected, Dan was prompt, courteous and took the time to explain the options and needed repairs. The garage door is now working great! 10 year warranty was a selling point. It seems that Dan did a great job!

I have only positive remarks about using Precision Door. The technicians, Eddie and Shawn were both very professional and they diagnosed the problem with my door and sensors right away. Eddie was the senior tech and he showed me the damage he located and explained the work needed to be done along with options for prolonging the life of my door. They were polite, very neat and courteous. I highly recommend them for any issues related to your automatic garage door.

My garage door opener broke last week when the spring and pulley failed. I called Precision because they had high ratings and are a local company in West Chester. Ed and Sean came to resolve the issue. Ed was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Sean was in training and Ed tested him at every turn. They gave me three options on price (good/better/best). I went with "best". They replaced my opener and all the hardware. The new unit is much quieter than the old one. I feel very good about the service that Precision gave me - very satisfied and would definitely recommend!
