Bryan came out to make some adjustments to a spring that we had in installed. The spring was making some noise and he was able to take care of the problem. My experience has been very good with precision door. Easy to get an appointment and they are on time. I would recommend to a neighbor.

My tech was Brian. I was not home for the repair but had an Oporto speak with him. My father was present for the repair and was extremely pleased. He especially appreciated that Brian exhausted efforts to repair the keypad before recommending replacement. I will refer Precision along with Brian.

Thank you for taking the time to work with me while my wife and I decided what to do with our damaged door. In short, this meant we would have to go with a comparable door from a current line being manufactured. Our 13 year old garage door opener needed to be replaced, and Brian explained our options, was very knowledgeable and explained the features of the new garage door opener. He installed the new garage door opener in less than an hour and the new system doesn't rattle the house like the old one every time it opens. I'd highly recommend them.
