Our garage spring broke (on Sunday afternoon of course) and needed the car on Monday. I called expecting to get a recording to call an emergency number and then get someone on Monday. Was pleasantly surprised to get a live person and was told a technician can come in the evening. About a half hour later Bryan called to say he was in the area so he showed up about 45 minutes after my initial call. Bryan was very professional and explained what he was gonna do - replacing both springs. He completed his work in about a 1/2 an hour or so, we were very pleased with his work

Had a defcon 5 garage door emergency. Called Precision and they were out my house within a half hour. Dan from Precision, fixed everything and got the garage door back on track and able to be used. Great save. unfortunately the door was on its last legs and Dan and the Precision team came up with great options which I am now looking forward to. thank you provision. 5 stars for the hustle and for the service quality!!!

Without warning the garage door would only rise a short distance and stop. In the past this has been due to misalignment of safety sensor or debris but not this time. I called Precision Door and explained what was occurring and was told most likely it was the spring and that was correct because after arranging for a service call I checked. I was told to expect the Tech, Bryan Grammond, between 10a and 2p and he arrived some 20 minutes before 2p. He quickly saw the problem and promptly set about to replace the two springs that had broken. The door is once again operating correctly and I can say that the service was prompt and I would commend the Tech, Bryan, for a job well done and the Company for their response. Much appreciated. I have used Precision Door in the past and will continue to do so.

We recently encountered a problem with one of our garage doors and contacted Precision. Their technician, Eddie, was on site within 24 hours. He was very courteous and professional. After performing a thorough diagnostic, he offered a detailed explanation of the cause of our problem and offered three options for rectifying the problem. Once we chose the course of action, Eddie completed the job quickly and with great results. A very satisfactory interaction with Precision. We would definitely give Precision a 5-star rating.

I was very impressed with Eddie. His knowledge base together with his confident personality makes him an asset to Precision. He educated me on the safety issues of our garage doors. I'm appreciative of his concern. Great guy... Brians estimated costs were bogus. In our initial telephone conversation he priced the required repair work to be $120.00 to $150.00. Eddies lowest estimated price was well in excess of $300.00 with the highest cost being $750.00!! I'm not pleased with Brian's approach to obtaining customers. Very bad business practices.

My garage door opener had stopped working, so I purchased a new one, but needed it installed. I went on Yelp, and found Precision Door Service. They had some very good reviews, so I scheduled an appointment. Ed was wonderful... very professional and knowledgeable. He arrived early, explained everything he was going to do, starting with a multipoint inspection. Once completed, Ed reviewed his finding and presented me with 3 pricing options (there was no pressure to choose one over the other). Throughout the entire install, Ed would check in just to let me know how things were going. After the install, Ed reviewed everything with me (all functions of the new opener and the repairs). I would highly recommend Ed and Precision Door Service.

We used Precision 7+ years ago to install a new door, rails and opener so when we had a problem we immediately called them again since we were so pleased with that experience. Our spring broke and it was time for new rollers, springs, and a few other parts we elected to replace while they were here. Each time the technicians have been well informed, polite, and competent. I was called early in the morning to confirm the appointment and given a better idea of when they would show up. He did a thorough inspection and had 3 recommendations for what definitely had to be fixed, what items were showing a lot of wear and would need to be fixed soon and what items could wait a bit longer but were showing some wear and tear. He took time to explain and point out all the areas of concern. The only way our experiences with Precision Door could have been any better was if it was all free-- lol. Highly recommend Precision for any garage door needs.
