My garage door opener had stopped working, so I purchased a new one, but needed it installed. I went on Yelp, and found Precision Door Service. They had some very good reviews, so I scheduled an appointment. Ed was wonderful... very professional and knowledgeable. He arrived early, explained everything he was going to do, starting with a multipoint inspection. Once completed, Ed reviewed his finding and presented me with 3 pricing options (there was no pressure to choose one over the other). Throughout the entire install, Ed would check in just to let me know how things were going. After the install, Ed reviewed everything with me (all functions of the new opener and the repairs). I would highly recommend Ed and Precision Door Service.

We used Precision 7+ years ago to install a new door, rails and opener so when we had a problem we immediately called them again since we were so pleased with that experience. Our spring broke and it was time for new rollers, springs, and a few other parts we elected to replace while they were here. Each time the technicians have been well informed, polite, and competent. I was called early in the morning to confirm the appointment and given a better idea of when they would show up. He did a thorough inspection and had 3 recommendations for what definitely had to be fixed, what items were showing a lot of wear and would need to be fixed soon and what items could wait a bit longer but were showing some wear and tear. He took time to explain and point out all the areas of concern. The only way our experiences with Precision Door could have been any better was if it was all free-- lol. Highly recommend Precision for any garage door needs.

We couldn’t have been happier with our experience ! Timely scheduling ( they were able to get us someone right away, even though it was evening), and friendly helpful service ! Our technician was awesome and fixed everything on the spot, no waiting around for parts to be ordered etc. Would absolutely use again!

Have used Precision twice. Each time I had the opportunity to meet different techs. In both cases they were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and easy to talk with. Would not hesitate to call Precision when in need of service--just hope it's not too often!

Great customer experience. I called first thing in the AM they came out the same morning and fixed our problem. Tech called while in transit keeping us informed of arrival time, showed up on time, and fixed our problem professionally and quickly. Would definitely recommend them.

My garage door would not attach to the motor. The servicemen were early! How often does that happen? They explained the situation and gave me three options to repair it. Keith and Dan were great, on time, very pleasant and professional. Even though the service call wasn't until the end of the day, you couldn't tell by their attitude or performance it was a long day. They performed an evaluation and found multiple areas of concern. They showed me the issues, recommended a course of action (presented 3 options). I chose the option that best fit the needs and made the most sense. Replaced cables, springs and rollers on two sets of doors. They performed the repair and we are very satisfied with their work and the garage doors now work great! Thanks again Keith and Dan!!!

I attempted to repair my garage door springs and install the motor myself. I quickly learned I got myself in way over my head. I called Precision and Eddie was at my door 45 minutes later. He walked me through the process and explained the benefits of a spring upgrade. I was so pleased with his "precision" work and amazing attitude. He was the best of the best.
