We called Precision to service to our Garage Door and make any necessary recommendations for a tune up. A tech came out the next day, provided three options and was able to install and make the changes the very same day. The garage door is safer and quieter then it was before. Our tech Ed was very knowledgeable and took time to explain what the problems were and what needed to be done. We would use them again in the future.

I'm very happy with service. I was literally stuck in my garage because a spring broke and I disconnected the door before taking my car ou. I called with my situation that I had to be at a meeting in 1.5 hours and they sent a great technician out to fix it within an hour. The people that answer the phone also understand garage doors and had I explained the situation before unhooking the door I could have gotten some advice to avoid having my car trapped inside! So I have been with Precision for at least 6 years and I am very happy with their service and responsiveness to customer needs.

Same day service!! I called another company on Monday early, as of Friday they have not returned the call. I had service with Precision the same day and they repaired the garage door the same day. Ed was great, and my dog loved him! Can't say enough!!!!

Had problem with our door over the weekend and called for service. Precision offered to send technician out over the weekend - which we deemed unnecessary as everyone deserves a day off. Three new Hormann Titan garage doors were carefully and perfectly installed in about 7 hours by Angel and another installer on May 8, 2017. Tom came to our home on 4/8/17 to repair our 20 year old garage doors. I decided then to replace all three with better insulated and better quality doors. Tom did an excellent job explaining the various types of garage doors on the market to help with the decision process. Very impressed with Precision Door Service. Staff were experienced, extremely helpful, and eager to please ..5 STARS!!! Highly recommend.

I made a call at 10AM on a Friday morning and a technician (Ed) was at my house by 1PM. Ed reviewed some issues we were having with our door/opener and was easily able to identify and address 2 of the 3 issues. The 3rd issue required additional materials and that service call is already scheduled for next week. Ed took the time to explain what was wrong and how he was addressing each issue. I am very pleased with the service performed by Ed and by Precision Door's customer service, quick response time and follow up. Keep up to good work.

The torsion spring on my garage door broke this morning and I couldn't get the door open so I could go to work. Not knowing who to call I just googled and came up with the number for Precision. The repair guy was out within 3 hours and fixed my door, taking the time to explain how the springs work and why mine failed. The repair guy was pleasant, competent, and courteous. I hope I never have anymore issues with my garage door, but if I do I will definitely be calling Precision!

Great service and on time. Spring snapped and popped garage door off of rollers. Ed did a safety inspection of door and showed me some other issues he had concerns with. Ed got the door working and gave us some options for the future if we decide to replace the door. Decided to have Ed and Precision replace that door and the door next to it. Very fair price and excellent service made it an easy decision. Will request to have Ed install the doors when they come in. Very Satisfied.
