We were woken up early one morning to a loud bang and discovered that the spring was broken on our garage door. I called Precision Door for a repair. They did not have any openings that day and had to book an after-hours visit because we had two cars trapped. The dispatcher reached out to the technician and he bumped us up in the queue. He was out to our house an hour later and explained all of the options that were available. I opted to replace more than just the spring and am so glad we did. The garage door is over 15 years old and is now working better than when it was installed. We can barely hear the garage door open from anywhere in our house. I cannot say enough good things about the service that Dylan Reynolds provided. We are very pleased with everything.

Dylan arrived promptly and was extremely pleasant to work with. Even though I am elderly, not especially knowledgeable of garage doors, and somewhat deaf, he was very patient and instructive in his explanation of what needed to be done. I recommend both Dylan and Precision Door wholeheartedly. Terrific service from start to finish!
