I found the Receptionist (Beth) who answered the phone when I made my appointment to be extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant. My service technician,Gabriel Pohar, was very patient and thorough with his explanations of the different motors. He was efficient with his work and explained everything about the motor I had replaced. He cleaned up and left no debris. I can truthfully say he was one of the best service persons I had ever had. Thank you.

Precision already replaced one and so I asked for the same Tech and he was able to come the same day and replace the old unit with a new one the same as the last time. Jonathan was right on time, examined the door, explained what it needed and why, prepared my estimate and completed the work in a timely manner. He was personable & polite and good as what he does. I did get the Military discount, but I noticed when I went online that a Garage Door repair coupon was available for $15.00 off the total which I wasn't aware of at the time of service. Is it too late to get that discount? Which is greater, Military or Senior citizen discount or are they the same? Note: I paid by check.
