This decision to select precision doors was a great decision. I called 4-5 services, and had three on site visits before selecting precision doors. The prices were similar, apparent quality of products were similar, but the knowledge of the on site estimate staff, the professionalism of the office receptionist, and above all, the tremendous workmanship of the installer (Gabe) was fantastic I will likely never need new garage doors installed in this region of the country, but this great team deserves as much ‘repeat’ business as one person’s review can generate. Note- don’t be in a hurry - it may take time to get the new doors into the shop, and then the installation staff to be available. For me, it was well worth the wait. I am very happy with the outcome

We gave a five star rating. Service was excellent. The gentleman went above and beyond, even replacing a cracked plastic part on our ceiling opener with a spare part from his trunk. We replaced our opener, and the tech explained use, operation, etc. We would recommend Precision.

Today Leo showed up to check out our garage door. He was very punctual, announced his arrival as I was told he would do. Very articulate and professional and I was impressed by his knowledge of a very old system that he had to deal with. He identified the issue, fixed it and I cannot be more pleased by such high quality service. This whole experience is an anomaly considering today's attitudes and substandard quality of service.

Garage door tension spring broke on a Monday morning. Called Precision to schedule a repair and they were there Tuesday. Technician AJ did an AWEOME job explaining the options for repair and additional service. He was fast, professional, and took pride in his high-quality work. I can confidently say my repaired garage door is now BETTER THAN NEW. I will DEFINITELY call Precision again for any garage door needs.

While backing out of the garage, I mistakenly hit the door remote and the door came down hitting the antenna unit on the roof & pulled the door off the track and dented the door. 2 years ago, Precision installed the garage door and since they did an excellent job, I did not hesitate to call them. Neil arrived promptly at the arranged time, with mask. Evaluated the situation, fully explained the repair and cost. Neil did a great job, the door looks and works just as good as when Precision installed it.

The young man who installed the doors was clean, experienced ,respectful and very professional. Thank you. I do have one small concern. The doors were labeled as insulated doors yet our garage does not feel any warmer and the cold, cold winter isn't even here yet. That concerns me.

A service appointment was easy to schedule and very quick. The repairman was able to come early, which I know is not always the case. But he called to make sure the timeframe fit my schedule. It was a simple loose wire repair therefore he was here and gone within 15 minutes. He also lubricated the door hinges as a courtesy. Very satisfied with the friendly service. Only 4 stars since there were no parts purchased and the repair only took a few minutes, yet the cost was still close to $100. so I thought that was a little expensive. Just my uniformed opinion on labor expenses.

We were able to book a same day appointment, which was great, and AJ arrived bang on time at the beginning of our allotted 3 hour slot. He was not at all phased by our garage door issue, explained how he would fix it, and the cost. It took him all of 45 minutes to get the job done. The bonus is that he is a great guy, and we will definitely be calling Precision anytime we have another garage door issue, although I hope that will not be anytime soon!

Very happy with the response time and the service from Precision. We had a spring snap on a Thursday night and Precision was here Friday afternoon! We have not had any experience with them before... chose them after looking through their website while doing an on-line search. Leo was our technician and he was excellent! Full explanation of repairs and cost options. I can't speak to cost comparison because I didn't check any other company. I do know that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Precision to anyone. The door works like a charm and our vehicles are free!

We are so pleased with the service that this company provided. We had very old garage doors and realized one day that the sensors did not work. Mike came out the very same day to give me an estimate on new motors with appropriate sensors. The day after that, our new motors were placed and they work very well.
