Gabe from Precision Garage came to my house this past Saturday which was convenient so I didn't have to take time off work. I received text messages and a call letting me know when he was on his way. He knew how to solve all my issues and did so in less time, for less money than I expected. This is a great company to work with. Very professional, dependable, knowledgeable and reasonable. There is never a reason for me to contact another competitor.

Today your technician came out to check out garage door opener. He was professional and informative explaining the various systems to me. I also like the fact he arrived fully prepared to handle whatever problem there was. We talked about various systems; he sent information on PDS800 and PDS900. I will definitely contact Precision again. At this time he inspected the door opener only.

Geoffrey was very professional. The garage door works perfectly after new springs were installed. I had only one spring broken. However, be prepared to change it on both sides to avoid another phone call for a new repair a few days or months later. I also was told that I have a 4-year warranty after this repair. Very satisfied with the outcome.

Leon was great. Work was done in an hour. Problem was diagnosed and several replacement options presented. Also offered to fix the 27 year old unit if I didn't want to replace. New unit works great, is whisper quiet, and has more features than the last. We love it. Same day service was also great.

I knew I had a few broken rollers, and maybe some spring and pulley issues... But after Leo's quick assessment; I decided to let him just replace everything, including the opener. I now have a very quiet, smooth operating door. The belt drive opener, with the silicon rollers is the way to go. I won't miss my noisy old chain drive opener one bit. Everything works great, and I feel it was money well spent. Leo was very professional, and obviously knows his trade very well.

Leo your technician was very friendly efficient and timely. He completed the replacement of our garage door pad in a very short period of time. Checked and tightened the bolts on the garage door opener itself and explained how the new key pad operated. His explanation of all the work performed was clear and easy to understand. The repairman got to my house in record time, had the parts needed on his truck, did the repair work needed in an hour and answered all my questions. The spring replacements are done correctly as evidenced by the door working perfectly since it was done a couple weeks ago. After researching garage door products and service providers I called Precision West Chester first. We replaced our 25 year old 16 foot wooden garage door, springs, rollers, remote keypads and belt drive opener! Keith's team at Precision delivered on all fronts. From our initial assessment and product proposal by Danny we hose their Best Hormann Orion 3200 door with windows, upgraded torsion springs/rollers, remotes PDC 800 belt opener. Precision provided great communication, flexible scheduling and on time delivery with installation by Angel and Eddy.Best, the door materials and finish are great and operation is very quiet.

The torsion spring in our garage suddenly snapped. We searched the internet and saw advertising for Precision, which serviced our area. We called and reached the answering service. The woman was very kind and efficient, sending a technician, Dan, to our home just one hour after our call. Dan was very efficient and knowledgeable. He had all the parts on his truck that we needed for a complete repair. We were happy that (from the time the spring broke), within three hours we had a fully functional garage door with new springs and rollers. We're pretty sure that's a record in performance!
