Precision gave me an appointment within days of my request. They had done work on my garage door years before and I knew them to be trustworthy. My technician, A.J. was very efficient. He gave me several options and I chose to have my opener replaced. First he explained what he was going to do and afterward, he showed me what he had done. i called at 8:15 am and was told a tech would be out between 1-4 pm . shortly thereafter we were called to say he would be here by 9 :30 . what a surprise . jonathan was very good and gave us a good price . the whole job was done in about an hour. everything is working fine. i would highly recommend PRECISION for all your garage door needs. excellent service.
