I found the Receptionist (Beth) who answered the phone when I made my appointment to be extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant. My service technician,Gabriel Pohar, was very patient and thorough with his explanations of the different motors. He was efficient with his work and explained everything about the motor I had replaced. He cleaned up and left no debris. I can truthfully say he was one of the best service persons I had ever had. Our newest driver in the house was rushing to school and was too impatient to allow the door to open all the way. It looked absolutely like a lost cause. Precision was the first call when another Garage Door opener failed. Precision already replaced one and so I asked for the same Tech and he was able to come the same day and replace the old unit with a new one the same as the last time.
