I have only positive remarks about using Precision Door. The technicians, Eddie and Shawn were both very professional and they diagnosed the problem with my door and sensors right away. Eddie was the senior tech and he showed me the damage he located and explained the work needed to be done along with options for prolonging the life of my door. They were polite, very neat and courteous. I highly recommend them for any issues related to your automatic garage door.

Great service! On time, neat and very efficient! Completely fixed my garage door by installing a new motor, rollers, springs and key pad . Works so well!! I highly recommend them! My overall experience was superb from start to finish, Scheduling my appointment with Keith was done with ease and all my questions were answered with professionalism and care. My garage door opener broke last week when the spring and pulley failed. I called Precision because they had high ratings and are a local company in West Chester. Ed and Sean came to resolve the issue. Ed was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Sean was in training and Ed tested him at every turn. They gave me three options on price (good/better/best). I went with "best". They replaced my opener and all the hardware. The new unit is much quieter than the old one. I feel very good about the service that Precision gave me - very satisfied and would definitely recommend!

Recently we encountered a problem with one of our lights on our garage opener. Attempting to solve the problem on my own was unsuccessful. I called in and requested assistance. Leo(our installer) was assigned to address the issue. Running late, he called to let us know he would be late. On arrival he quickly solved the problem and things look good. Prompt, friendly, service and highly recommended.

At 5:30 on the evening before leaving town in the morning, luck would have it...the garage door broke with both cars inside the garage. We luckily called Precision Door Service after looking online. They were not able to come that night however Dan Mattison was at our door by 8 in the morning. A delightful young man and repaired the garage door in no time. Because of him we were able to leave town on time.

The heavy duty spring on my garage door broke after twenty years and I needed a company that could come out to my home in a day or so to replace the spring and pulley along with the safety wire. Serviceman was very knowledgeable and had both springs replaced in about thirty minutes along with lubricating the rollers on the repaired door. And yes, he checked my other garage door opener and lubricated it also to improve on the tension of opening and closing the doors. Would not hesitate asking Precision Door Service for help in the future.

I wanted a more local service company, so I called Precision. The technician, Leo, showed up on time and I showed him the issues with the garage door operating poorly, loudly, and binding up. Leo had two recommendations, a new garage door or a rebuild. I chose the rebuild. Leo replaced springs, cables, rollers and pulleys and afterwards the garage door operated smoothly and quietly. Leo was professional, did the work quickly and well. I would recommend highly.

Dan and Bill came out to install a new garage door openener for me. They were fantastic. Dan was very thorough in reviewing all the specific types of openers and the benefits. They were also on time, very professional and kind. They also told me how long they thought it would take to complete the installation and finished on time. If they needed to let me know anything during the install they made sure to do that and they were even great with my dogs! I would absolutely use Precision again.

Ed serviced my garage doors,he was neat and professional. He inspected my doors and gave me 3 options to choose from. He replaced the cables springs wheels rollers and rubber seal on the bottom of doors where it meets the ground. when completed he tested the doors for proper operation. then he cleaned the work area up. We were very happy with the work that Precision has done for us. We've used them twice and they are very professional. They present options, but without the high pressure sales pitch. We will continue to call them should we have issues moving forward.
