Needed replacement of a broken garage keypad. AJ was right on time for 8:00 am appointment and had the job completed in 20 minutes. And he wore his mask because he cares about keeping his customers safe. ;)

I called Precision Door in the morning and was assured that the technician would be at my house the same within a 3 hour window the same day. . I’ve spent many hours waiting for various service people to arrive within a prescribed time only to be disappointed. However, Gabe arrived at exactly the promised time and quickly saw my problem and devised a solution. Within an hour, he had completed the work, made some suggestions regarding my aging garage door, and gave me a preliminary estimate for a total garage door replacement. AJ visited my house, on short notice, to solve different problems with my two garage door openers. He was friendly, prompt, and professional. He also walked me through everything he was doing, from diagnosing problems to proposing my options for solving them. I hope I don't need to have my openers fixed again any time soon, but if I do I'll most certainly ask AJ to come back. One opener wouldn't sync with any new remote I'd tried, so I figured the antenna system was shot. But AJ got it working with a different kind of universal remote and explained what the manufacturers of each remote didn't mention regarding compatibility standards. The other opener had an internal plastic cog that was completely stripped. AJ talked me through the pros and cons of replacing the malfunctioning part versus replacing the opener's head unit; I decided on a head unit replacement. AJ installed it quickly and without fault. I now have two working garage doors and remotes for each of them.

Precision's service was excellent through the entire process from the initial estimate to the installation and, due to a defect, the repair to the one door. Kurt, Beth, Angel and Ed were all very professional. We ordered a single and a double Classica 3000. Our only complaint is that the manufacturer of this model was incredibly backlogged and we had to wait 3 months for the doors to come in. One was damaged on receipt so we had to wait another 8 weeks for that.
