The garage door repair company we had used for past repairs had gone out of business so we decided to try Precision Door. Very satisfied with the job performed by the repairman A.J. Yanko. After performing a thorough check of our two garage doors and openers, he replaced all of the garage door seals which had been worn out from twenty years of use. The final result was great - the finish work was perfect and our garage doors look much better (and are now sealed against the weather). We'll be using Precision Door going forward.

Precision saved the day when my garage door would not open. I called them, describing the problem, and they gave me a time range when a technician could come to fix it. When asked, they told me every tech's van was stocked with all necessary parts. Leo arrived and explained what he would do to fix the mechanism. In about a half hour, it was done! In the moment the availability of same day service on a Saturday was the hook. Only one side of our two door garage was working, barely, so we could get one car out and then my husband miraculously maneuvered my car around in the garage to get it out his side. 5 star.....being the caregiver for the Kinslow's, I choose Precision. And, I must apologize to the tech who took care of both visits. This is late in coming. Geoffrey's first visit was in April. The first trait that came through, was how helpful he was. He assessed the situation, followed by his suggestions. He was personable, easy to speak with. Had a problem with garage door springs and also very noisy. Called this morning and it was done by afternoon. Leo was assigned to our home and did an excellent job!! Explained the problem very clearly, causes and different options to fix. Did not try to upsell - no pushing etc. I went with a belt drive and torsion spring and boy - Leo was not kidding when he said whisper quiet - it made a huge difference!! All very professional and work was done quickly - even in the worse heat! I will highly recommend Precision to my neighbors and friends!

Kid who came out was very nice and really tried but unable to fix. I have a large garage door and the center support for the torsion springs had come off the wall and locked the track. I paid $229.00 to get my car out of my garage. (This was on a Sunday for emergency services).
