I had a great experience with you guys today. Gabriel was handling the job if im not mistaken. I was really only wanting to repair my garage door due to a faulty bottom bracket and crooked door but we ended up replacing the spring, bearings as well as adding a wall mounted Liftmaster unit. This was my spur of the moment wanting. Well, the bearings were shot and age of the springs/efficiency left questions to we decided to start fresh.. Ive never dealt with a company who was so quick to get all items finished but more so on a "quote day". If only i could find a electrician to do my lights that fast.. haha My garage good is functional , efficient and reliable now. Now I can clean organize and redo my floors and get this garage finished! Thank you for staying late, being prompt and trustworthy. I will be recommending you to others moving forward

Great service! Representative was knowledgeable and friendly, and scheduled appointment within 24 hours. Service person called ahead, arrived exactly on time, was thorough in his explanation, and completed the service with 90 minutes. A very pleasant experience.

Called Precision on Sat. 1/9/2021 and had an appt. same day with a 3 hour window. Asked to be called 15 min. before service man arrival and that was honored. Service man was very pleasant, friendly and took the time to look over the door and sensors made a small adj. to one sensor and door/remote was working again. No parts needed but service man did point of a few minor issues that may need attention in the future, but nothing serious and pressure to fix at the time, just a little FYI to think about. If needing repairs again, I would call Precision, as I was very happy and would recommend to anyone needing repair/replacement.

AJ and Kurt repaired my brother in law's garage door yesterday and did a fantastic job. They completely restored all of the movable parts plus the door opener. They clearly understood what was needed and explained all the options. Having discussed my brother in law's health/mobility issues they provided suggestions that were right on point particularly the MyQ remote access app that allows him to control the garage door from his cell phone. Scheduled an appoint because the cable through one of our spring broke. Our technician came out and spent most of his time walking in circles in the garage randomly yelling to my wife about different things he saw in the garage. He then told my wife he needed to rebuild the entire system. When she told him that she wanted to think about it, he adjusted the door so two pulley ran into each other on the remaining cable, leaving the garage door unable to fully close. This then bent the angle iron on that side. In summary, I called for service and had my system broken further by the technician that attempted to scam us. Would never recommend to anyone.

Called Precision last Saturday and they scheduled me for the following Monday at 10:00. AJ their serviceman called to let me know he would be at my house around 10:00 that morning. He replaced my tortion bar springs and rollers. He also checked door operation and explained what he was doing to me.
