Precision's service was excellent through the entire process from the initial estimate to the installation and, due to a defect, the repair to the one door. Kurt, Beth, Angel and Ed were all very professional. We ordered a single and a double Classica 3000. Our only complaint is that the manufacturer of this model was incredibly backlogged and we had to wait 3 months for the doors to come in. One was damaged on receipt so we had to wait another 8 weeks for that.

My garage door opener, interior and exterior keypad totally died today. I am a past customer of Precision and knew I could count on them to confirm my fears and make the necessary repairs. Although an expensive repair, I am thrilled with the new Liftmaster garage door open, ah a keypad that works with a light touch, and the silence of the door is astounding to me - who knew. The work was diagnosed and repaired efficiently within 1 1/2 hours. I feel the better quality unit is going to give me years of service and I no longer have to wonder if the door will or will not open - the gremlin has left the building and with a Precision technician's expertise I am back up and running.

From the phone call to schedule an appointment to the job being completed, everyone at Precision Door Service was very professional & courteous. They were able to come out the next day, and our technician, Leo Cornelius was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Searched internet for a local company to address issue with garage door. “Chatted” to share what happened. Had a tech arrive the next morning at 8:30! Gabe assessed the situation, presented 3 options after showing us the damaged part. Never pressured us, patiently answered questions and addressed our concerns. We opted to replace the opener vs repair. Evidently, Gabe is an experienced technician - nice, neat install. Did not leave until we were shown that everything worked properly. We were highly appreciative of his courtesy and talent. Very deserving of the 5 Stars! I was impressed with the company offer to assist those who were negatively impacted by the pandemic who may need help with garage door issues-very nice to see a company reach out to the community.

The google search gave me many options but I was drawn to the 24/7 same day repair possibility during a snow storm and I like dealing with local businesses. The West Chester site was close, the support for quick repair led to an order for a new improved garage door system when weather permits in the spring. I was extra pleased with the pleasant customer discount :). Mike was great and even came 1 day early as our driveway was cleared and ready for service!
