What a fantastic experience we had with Precision! From the woman who booked our appointment to the installer, everyone was pleasant, helpful, organized and professional. Communication was outstanding and Gabriel (the technician) arrived punctually with all that he needed to install a garage door opener. He worked meticulously and efficiently, cleaned everything up, and was courteous and professional. Wish we had more garages in need of openers!

Precision was referred by a relative who had had excellent service before at his own house. The engineer put in all new accoutrements for the door, e.g., springs, machinery, door opener system, etc., which had all worn out. I was very pleased with everything, including having excellent confidence in his abilities, based on his clear articulation of the issues. As they would say, "Go, Precision!" Thanks again for everything.

I needed to replace a damaged garage door, and upgrade the spring. I came back to Precision because of the great job they did in replacing/upgrading the spring system on my other door. The two technicians were efficient, and even surpassed my expectations at improving the appearance with adding some new trim. In a little over an hour I had a brand new door that was SO QUIET! Thank you

I was amazed as to how quickly Precision was able to respond to my service call (less than 4 hours). I was also impressed with the range of replacement parts on the service truck. It had the exact replacement springs necessary for my garage door.

New home to us, old garage doors that wouldn't close. One call to Precision and I received same day service. The Rep installed new system, new safety eye up to code, info on app for remote control, and a side door key panel. Reasonable time and cost. Very efficient. Highly recommend.

Dear Keith: I can't write a review as I only had a phone call from your James Hopton on 5/8/2021. I am ascertaining info from our HOA (per James) and will proceed with him accordingly. When I called I didn't know anything about your organization, but am taking a change. And as bizarre as it is, I received a call from Russ Whelan Doors (same day as your company call). I realized that call was a result from a neighbor's recommendation about Russ Whelan. But, you should know that Russ Whelan gave you such a glorious recommendation. Mr. Hopton will call back and I will proceed with him. Thank you.

AJ stopped by for which I thought would be a long maintenance job. He checked out our door mechanisms and found that they were in good shape. He then cleaned and lubricated the seals around the door openings and they now work like new!

Mike was very thorough in checking out the old unit and explaining the ongoing possibilities if we kept it. The better choice was to have a new unit installed. He installed the new one, set up the program, programmed the new portable openers and explained what he had done. He is an excellent technician and an asset to your company. We would call him whenever we experience a problem - which we do not expect to happen!

The technician that came to resolve my garage door issue was excellent and I do not use that term lightly. AJ was wonderful. I had a sense that he knew the problem when he came. Sure enough, he was right. He made me feel comfortable because his personality just showed the people skills that came naturally and obviously his technical skills.
