At 5:30 on the evening before leaving town in the morning, luck would have it...the garage door broke with both cars inside the garage. We luckily called Precision Door Service after looking online. They were not able to come that night however Dan Mattison was at our door by 8 in the morning. A delightful young man and repaired the garage door in no time. The heavy duty spring on my garage door broke after twenty years and I needed a company that could come out to my home in a day or so to replace the spring and pulley along with the safety wire. Serviceman was very knowledgeable and had both springs replaced in about thirty minutes along with lubricating the rollers on the repaired door. And yes, he checked my other garage door opener and lubricated it also to improve on the tension of opening and closing the doors. Would not hesitate asking Precision Door Service for help in the future.

I wanted a more local service company, so I called Precision. The technician, Leo, showed up on time and I showed him the issues with the garage door operating poorly, loudly, and binding up. Leo had two recommendations, a new garage door or a rebuild. I chose the rebuild. Leo replaced springs, cables, rollers and pulleys and afterwards the garage door operated smoothly and quietly. Leo was professional, did the work quickly and well. I would recommend highly.

Dan and Bill came out to install a new garage door openener for me. They were fantastic. Dan was very thorough in reviewing all the specific types of openers and the benefits. They were also on time, very professional and kind. They also told me how long they thought it would take to complete the installation and finished on time. If they needed to let me know anything during the install they made sure to do that and they were even great with my dogs! I would absolutely use Precision again.

Ed serviced my garage doors,he was neat and professional. He inspected my doors and gave me 3 options to choose from. He replaced the cables springs wheels rollers and rubber seal on the bottom of doors where it meets the ground. when completed he tested the doors for proper operation. then he cleaned the work area up. Due to a delay at the doctor’s office, I was running late for my 2:30 appointment. The Precision Tech, Eddie called my cell at 2:31, politely asking if the scheduled time was 3PM rather than 2:30, since there was no one at the house. I assured him the error was mine, and I gave him the code to one of the working doors so he could assess the repairs needed. I arrived at 2:44, and he had reviewed what would be needed and presented three options. The first would correct the immediate problem, the second would also address some other wear issues, and the third would be a full replacement of every wear part on all three doors. All of the doors are used daily, so I opted to have everything replace on all three doors. In about two hours, all of the work was complete, and Eddie was cleaning up the work area. The 5 year old doors were as quiet as a mouse. I was so pleased, I asked about the possibility of a PM program, which I purchased. The final bill was just about what I had budgeted when I first reached out to Precision a few days earlier. I could not be more satisfied with the quality of the work, the ruggedness of the parts installed, and the fee charged.

I love it when someone shows up when they are supposed to, knows what they are doing, has all the parts on the truck and when they leave, everything is working as it is supposed to. We have a 30 year old heavy wooden varnished double door. Other people have tried to sell us new doors, but we like this. The Tech (Ed) explained that our 15 year old springs were worn and gave us three different options to fix the problems, without trying to sell us new doors. He replaced the springs and hardware. He explained our motor still had life left it in and didn't pressure us to replace it. We did chose to replace the 15 year old motor. WHen he was done, the door worked quieter than it has ever done. Before he left, he even reprogrammed the remotes on both our cars, and petted the dog. Can't ask for more!
