I knew I had a few broken rollers, and maybe some spring and pulley issues... But after Leo's quick assessment; I decided to let him just replace everything, including the opener. I now have a very quiet, smooth operating door. The belt drive opener, with the silicon rollers is the way to go. I won't miss my noisy old chain drive opener one bit. Everything works great, and I feel it was money well spent. Leo was very professional, and obviously knows his trade very well.

Leo your technician was very friendly efficient and timely. He completed the replacement of our garage door pad in a very short period of time. Checked and tightened the bolts on the garage door opener itself and explained how the new key pad operated. His explanation of all the work performed was clear and easy to understand. We replaced our 25 year old 16 foot wooden garage door, springs, rollers, remote keypads and belt drive opener! Keith's team at Precision delivered on all fronts. From our initial assessment and product proposal by Danny we hose their Best Hormann Orion 3200 door with windows, upgraded torsion springs/rollers, remotes PDC 800 belt opener. Precision provided great communication, flexible scheduling and on time delivery with installation by Angel and Eddy.Best, the door materials and finish are great and operation is very quiet.

The torsion spring in our garage suddenly snapped. We searched the internet and saw advertising for Precision, which serviced our area. We called and reached the answering service. The woman was very kind and efficient, sending a technician, Dan, to our home just one hour after our call. Dan was very efficient and knowledgeable. He had all the parts on his truck that we needed for a complete repair. We were happy that (from the time the spring broke), within three hours we had a fully functional garage door with new springs and rollers. We're pretty sure that's a record in performance!

After crashing through my garage door in the November snowstorm, I was relieved to have someone help me through the replacement process. They were there first thing next morning and helped anchor the door in place. Being a custom door that had to abide by HOA rules we had to wait the 3 weeks for delivery. Door arrived on time and the employees all were great! Definitely recommend them to anyone!

Love my new garage door! If not for the fact that it looks new, doesn't have any dents, and opens and closes the way it's suppose to, you wouldn't know it wasn't the original door which is exactly what I wanted.
