Garage door was operating pretty roughly and then opener worked only sporadically. A friend had recently used Precision for a fix on his garage door and recommended them to me. I called late on Christmas Eve and was given an appointment for the day after Christmas. Came when scheduled (actually early). Several hours later all repairs were made and garage door works perfectly. Thank you.

Had a spring failure on one of my two doors on the night before Xmas Eve. Was shocked that Precision could come over on Xmas eve and repair door. Leo called, and came over ahead of schedule. Fantastic knowledge of their craft as well as excellent customer service. I had a emergent issue with my double garage door that was so severe, I thought it absolutely needed replacement. Do not recommend. They charge $30 for an estimate and prices are more than double that other companies. Total rip off when I clearly asked on the phone for an estimate. No service was provided.

I called Precision to replace the spring the day after Thanksgiving. The tech, Gabriel Pojar, arrived a few hours later. He was very pleasant and professional; the options and pricing were explained thoroughly. The work was done in a timely manner and the door works great. I'll definitely use this company again.

Arrived 1.7 hours after scheduled appointment. Would not have minded much, except that I received an arrival update 1.5 hours after scheduled appointment. Michael, the Precision mechanic, was not the original assigned for the job and was courteous and professional. Work was completed with satisfaction.
