Called Precision last Saturday and they scheduled me for the following Monday at 10:00. AJ their serviceman called to let me know he would be at my house around 10:00 that morning. He replaced my tortion bar springs and rollers. He also checked door operation and explained what he was doing to me. The pricing was fair and I would highly recommended Precision to anyone in need of excellent service.

Garage door was operating pretty roughly and then opener worked only sporadically. A friend had recently used Precision for a fix on his garage door and recommended them to me. I called late on Christmas Eve and was given an appointment for the day after Christmas. Came when scheduled (actually early). Do not recommend. They charge $30 for an estimate and prices are more than double that other companies. Total rip off when I clearly asked on the phone for an estimate. No service was provided.

I called Precision to replace the spring the day after Thanksgiving. The tech, Gabriel Pojar, arrived a few hours later.
