Wonderful experience with Leo today. Arrived early (but let me know that by phone), analyzed problem, spent time checking out the adjustments needed to repair it, and was done. Full explanation to me about problem and solution. Also pleasant chat at the end of his visit. Thank you for a fine job!

Do not recommend. They charge $30 for an estimate and prices are more than double that other companies. Total rip off when I clearly asked on the phone for an estimate. No service was provided.

I called Precision to replace the spring the day after Thanksgiving. The tech, Gabriel Pojar, arrived a few hours later. He was very pleasant and professional; the options and pricing were explained thoroughly. The work was done in a timely manner and the door works great. I'll definitely use this company again.

Excellent job replacing and straightening weatherstrip on bottom of garage door, plus straightening bottom of the door itself - by A J Yanko, who went way out of his way to make sure the job was done correctly.

Arrived 1.7 hours after scheduled appointment. Would not have minded much, except that I received an arrival update 1.5 hours after scheduled appointment. Michael, the Precision mechanic, was not the original assigned for the job and was courteous and professional. Work was completed with satisfaction.

This decision to select precision doors was a great decision. I called 4-5 services, and had three on site visits before selecting precision doors. The prices were similar, apparent quality of products were similar, but the knowledge of the on site estimate staff, the professionalism of the office receptionist, and above all, the tremendous workmanship of the installer (Gabe) was fantastic I will likely never need new garage doors installed in this region of the country, but this great team deserves as much ‘repeat’ business as one person’s review can generate. Note- don’t be in a hurry - it may take time to get the new doors into the shop, and then the installation staff to be available. For me, it was well worth the wait. I am very happy with the outcome
