My garage door chain broke as I was on my way to work. I called several companies and Precision was the only company that could come out the next day. Technician Dylan Reynolds was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. My issue was diagnosed and resolved the same day, saving me time and peace of mind.

My technician was Dylan. He arrived on time for the appointment. He was very courteous and professional. He answered all of my questions whether they were related to the job or not. He was very knowledgeable and very easy to talk with. He presented me with various options to perform my repairs and address other concerns i asked about. He did not try to influence my choice of options which I appreciated. When he began the repairs, he went through everything efficiently. I will be recommending Precision to my neighbors and will call them for my future needs. I was very happy with everything when he finished.

Dylan was very knowledgeable and was able to discuss options for repairs after reviewing the functionality/mechanics of our aging door. He was able to install a new opener and replace springs during the same scheduled visit. He even went above and beyond to help me reprogram my car to the new opener. FULL SERVICE!! I highly recommend Precision and Dylan for any installation!

From the very start, I appreciated that the website reassured me that I would speak to a live person! Grateful to not receive spam emails. I like that I was texted a bio of the service-person who would visit my home. Service tech was prompt, knowledgeable and friendly, great guy! Highly recommend this company for your garage door repairs.

I was very satisfied with the service of the people answering the phone in the office and the technician sent to do the repairs and upgrade to my garage. The service people answered the phone without having to listen to a robot! Which I appreciated a lot. They were courteous and professional. The technician, Dylan Reynolds, was professional and did not try to "upsell me". I would recommend Precision.

The tech (Dylan) arrived on time and explained to me what the problem was. He said he would be back tomorrow with the replacement parts. He installed the new parts and then explained how to use them. He was quite courteous and very professional. The next day when I had a question I called him and he explained over the phone what I had to do. I would therefore, recommend Precision very highly.

I called Precision to replace a broken garage door cable. The technician, Dylan, was professional and explained the issues with the garage door. Although he suggested replacement of the door and the entire system, we worked through three options from minimal work/cost (approximately $500) to full replacement (almost $2000). I chose the former. Between arrival and bill payment, Dylan did the work in just over two hours. He left no trash behind. The garage door runs smoother and sounds less loud. I am unable to say whether the price was competitive because it was costly for me to try to compare prices: it seems to cost almost $100 for a company to make a service call to look at the job and give an estimate.

Dylon was on time for the appointment. Very professional and pleasant to deal with. He as very knowledgeable and able to communicate the potential issues in easy-to-understand terms. Very fair price to the solution we arrived upon. Look forward to having the work performed and working garage door openers that we do not have to work about.
