Her passion for learning new skills led her to travel to Germany last year for the Von Hand Festival, where she studied copper smithing, heddle carving, and indigo dying. At home, she shares her life with her husband and their furry family - their dog Mishka and two cats, Rubinho and DB. We had a garage door issue so I contacted "Precision" and Beth was very responsive in getting a technician to our house within hours. Tina, our "tech", was very nice, professional and extremely knowledgeable. She took the time to explain our problem and gave us a few options, without any pressure, on how to proceed. We decided on having a new system installed which was completed in a few hours. Tina also explained the importance of routine care, inspections and maintenance. Tina, the tech, was very thorough and professional. She explained all repair options clearly. The work was done in a timely manner. At completion Tina explained all operating functions. She didn’t do one of the repairs that she had initially recommended because she checked our past service records with Precision and found it wasn’t necessary. I appreciate that kind of honesty.

The technician called 30 minutes ahead of arrival to inform us of her likely starting time, arrived on time, explained everything, was friendly and seemed knowledgable. Our garage door opener repairman recommended Precision, which had performed repairs for us before.
