Our door opener died on Sunday afternoon. I spoke with Chris on Sunday and he was able to schedule a technician appointment for us on Monday. Tina arrived at the expected time and did a great job. She explained every aspect of the process. She explained the differences of the various openers that we're available and gave a clear explanation of the functions once she was done with the installation. I was relieved when my noisy, jerky garage door closed smoothly after a new set of cables and rollers replaced the old, damaged ones. Tina, the technician, was very efficient and competent. We had a broken overhead bracket on one of our garage doors that held our light and operator. Tina did a great job solving the issue with a much more secure solution. She also did an inspection of both doors and saw that one of our springs was quite worn. She replaced it with a new one and made sure our door operated properly.
