The installer was very polite and pleasant and communicated clearly the issues with my door that were repairable which I appreciated. My door opener was in working order but the rollers were old and corroded and the track needed lubrication. I very much appreciated not having to buy a new opener especially since I could see the effects of the tariffs on the price of a new one that he quoted - the price has doubled since 2021 which was the last time I had to replace one in a different house.

Fou d Precision door via google.com and was happy to work with a local Media PA company. Tina evaluated my garage door malfunction and walked me through comprehensive options. I was able to upgrade to a torsion spring setup with a new Liftmaster opener at a very fair price. Tina's knowledge and professionalism was really wonderful and I am very satisfied with her work. I'm very happy with Dylan's service. My old opener was giving me trouble. I thought I would have to replace the motor. Dylan looked over my system and clearly explained all of my options so I could make an informed decision. It turns out it wasn't as bad as I thought and I didn't need a whole new system. He replaced the aging springs and bearings. Now it works great. I would definitely recommend them.

1st, Leo, my Tech today did a fantastic job. I purchased a new garage door opener as my current one was having issues after 15 years. The new unit runs smoothly and is a lot quieter. Very easy to operate. In addition to doing a wonderful installation technically, Leo also took special care to make sure all components were installed without damaging any existing wall or trim areas. He was extremely careful and neat with every detail, and personally; this is important to me. This describes Leo the 'Tech'. Leo the 'Person' was even better. I must say, from minute one this place is tip-top. Late one evening a sound like a bomb going off in my garage. Went out and a spring literally broke making the door not usable and a mess with all the cabling. My house is 6 years old and new construction materials used. I called at 830am and the receptionist was soooo nice on the phone and I asked if someone could come out same day, she said yes we have a tech in the area and he can come out in the hour! I was like, fantastic! Thank you!!! DYLAN was the tech that came out, super nice guy and plays guitar very very well : ) .... He worked with me on what was needed and basically rebuilt the whole door better than brand new. I'll say this much, my door had the metal rollers for the tracks --- the upgrade of nylon rollers for the door and torsion spring rather than springs above --- the right move and the door is quietly and runs soooo much more smoothly than it was new! I spent some $$$ that day but I paid a great price for very good quality of work performed. I would recommend this company and Dylan every day of the week. Thanks again.
