Tina arrived to the house at the time scheduled. She efficiently performed a check of our garage door operating system (operator, springs, etc…), lubricated the door’s rollers and made her recommendations. She was very professional, did not try to pressure us to replace the system but gave us an assessment of our operator. When the time comes to replace the door’s operator, Precision is who we will call.

We had an immediate need for service on a Sunday. Called Precision and their call center answered immediately. Although they were not able to get a tech same day, they scheduled a call for next morning. Frank arrived early, assessed the issues, gave us numerous options and we decided to replace the whole system. His work was excellent and prices seem very fair. I’ll call them anytime I have an issue!
