Like many of you we were faced with a sudden garage door problem. It jammed and left the track. We called Precision and they were able to get Tina to come out the very next day. She called us and kept us in the loop as to when she would arrive & was extremely prompt (almost to the minute). Tina did a thorough inspection, told us our problem and gave us all our options. Our problems were vast so we opted to just get a new door. We are very pleased with Precision's technician and will be happy to submit another review when the job is completed.

Impressive repair work that resulted in my issue being fully resolved at a reasonable price. The tech, Matthew, was professional and personable. He fully explained the repair process and provided several options -- I selected the one that met my basic needs and was affordable. My repair involved replacing two torsion springs and end bearing. Good work Matthew. I highly recommend him as an expert garage door technician.

Harry Fassett with Precision was great. He was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed what the problem was, and, as important, what it wasn't. Scheduled Precision for repair of failing garage door keypad. Dylan communicated the night prior and morning of the appointment to coordinate his arrival time. We discussed my problem and talked through the range of potential solutions. We went with the first option (keypad replacement) and that solved the problem.
