I have used Precision a few times since 2017 and the service is always outstanding. My service technician for my latest service (Dylan) was prompt and took the time to walk me through the options for the repair without trying to upsell me. After the work was completed Dylan took the time to walk me through the simple functions of the garage door in case I needed to make an adjustment in the future which would eliminate the need for a service call.

I had the garage door accidentally close on a broom handle. This significantly damaged the door. I called Precision Door because my neighbors across the street recommended them.
