We had an issue with our garage door not closing due to a bent track. Our doors were installed in October 2024. We called around 2pm and the tech Matt was here at 4pm. Talk about great service. Matt came out and fixed the issue and gave me some tips to extend the life of the springs on the doors. He was very friendly and we received great service. Thanks for coming out so quick!

The person on the phone was very helpful and professional My technician, Matt, came within the window given. He assessed the problem and gave me several alternatives. No pressure. He was extremely nice and a pleasure to deal with. Spent 2 1/2 hours on a very cold afternoon repairing everything. Highly recommend Precision.

Brian came out to quote a garage door install for my home. He was really friendly, forthcoming with information, and made sure I was fully informed. I haven't scheduled the job yet, but based on the speed with which I was able to set an appointment, have someone come out to the house and provide me with information, and get a same-day quote, I would say this company seems very well run and organized.

I have used Precision a few times since 2017 and the service is always outstanding. My service technician for my latest service (Dylan) was prompt and took the time to walk me through the options for the repair without trying to upsell me. After the work was completed Dylan took the time to walk me through the simple functions of the garage door in case I needed to make an adjustment in the future which would eliminate the need for a service call.
