Harry is a gem! Our garage door system pretty much crapped out all at once. Precision Garage Door Service did an excellent job at my home today, March 15th, 2025. I called yesterday and they agreed to come out the next day, and within 24hours of my call. I broke a spring, but I knew both springs needed replacing, and I choose that service with new pullies and new cabling. Now my opener is quiet, opens level and works perfectly. Matthew Murphy did my needed installation, and he is an expert. I'm extremely happy with all the work performed. Matthew was extremely professional and very careful and neat with every part of my garage - I'm very fussy with cosmetics. In fact, Matthew is one of those guys you just totally like from the 1st handshake. I'm totally pleased with my whole Precision Garage Door Service experience.
