The installer was very polite and pleasant and communicated clearly the issues with my door that were repairable which I appreciated. My door opener was in working order but the rollers were old and corroded and the track needed lubrication. I very much appreciated not having to buy a new opener especially since I could see the effects of the tariffs on the price of a new one that he quoted - the price has doubled since 2021 which was the last time I had to replace one in a different house.

Dylan looked over my system and clearly explained all of my options so I could make an informed decision. It turns out it wasn't as bad as I thought and I didn't need a whole new system. 1st, Leo, my Tech today did a fantastic job. I purchased a new garage door opener as my current one was having issues after 15 years. The new unit runs smoothly and is a lot quieter. Very easy to operate. In addition to doing a wonderful installation technically, Leo also took special care to make sure all components were installed without damaging any existing wall or trim areas.
