Darrin Mills did an excellent job performing my Garage Door Opener motor battery replacement. He arrived exactly on time and also called me to tell me he was on his way. I did not have to wait through the 4 hour time window because he arrived at the start of the 4 hour time window. He checked the door operation and changed my remote controls' batteries. He also showed me how to open the motor housing door for when I have to change the light bulbs. I also appreciated only having to wait two days for the appointment. The price was very reasonable. This was a five star job!

Precision came highly recommended by one of your previous customers and a neighbor of mine. From the initial phone call for information to the completion of the job, the customer service was excellent. Tom Schray and his assistant arrived on time on the designated day with a courtesy call to say they were on the way. This was in addition to a text with the same notification. There was a detailed discussion about the problem and the best solution with details on all costs involved. I appreciated the time taken by Tom to explain since I am a senior citizen and not used to dealing with such a problem. They were prepared to fix the problem same day and expertly proceeded to repair the broken spring, cables and rollers. Their attention to detail every step of the way was impressive. We had a huge power surge and damage was done to our Garage lift devices. They work intermittently with external remotes Dylan, our Tech, came out this Am and did an amazingly detailed review. Leo did a great job!! I got a new remotes, new opener, spring replaced, rollers replaced, keypad, Leo did a great job explained to me how a garage door worked. He explained to me exactly what he was gonna do before he started. He went over a great detail how to use the new opener and the remote and the keypad. Also, all the aspects of the new stuff that he put in place. it is so wonderful to have somebody come in. Do a great job. The Village at Hillview Coatesville, PA was developed by Orleans (acquired by Lennar). Like most developers, many discontinued materials or low cost / low quality items were used in construction. They garage doors, no exception. Precision, West Chester, tech Dylan Reynolds was pleasant about presenting options to replace our broken spring. We agreed on the higher option with 10 year warranty and Dylan professionally made the replacement neatly and quickly with new rollers too. Thank you Dylan!
