We liked our technician Chris ! I couldn’t get my car out of my garage. The spring broke and we needed expert help. Although I couldn’t get someone that day, Chris came 2 hrs ahead of our scheduled time the next day. He explained everything (sometimes twice as my husband was not present.) He came, he diagnosed, he fixed our problem. Not to mention he was polite and personable. Thank you!

Leo did a great job!! I got a new remotes, new opener, spring replaced, rollers replaced, keypad, Leo did a great job explained to me how a garage door worked. He explained to me exactly what he was gonna do before he started. He went over a great detail how to use the new opener and the remote and the keypad. Also, all the aspects of the new stuff that he put in place. it is so wonderful to have somebody come in. Do a great job. Explain everything and have a smile the whole time I wish I could run into more repair people like Leo.

The Village at Hillview Coatesville, PA was developed by Orleans (acquired by Lennar). Like most developers, many discontinued materials or low cost / low quality items were used in construction. They garage doors, no exception. Precision, West Chester, tech Dylan Reynolds was pleasant about presenting options to replace our broken spring. We agreed on the higher option with 10 year warranty and Dylan professionally made the replacement neatly and quickly with new rollers too. Thank you Dylan!
