Precision personnel came out on time and were extremely knowledgeable regarding the issues we were having. I was told the new garage door would take 6 weeks to order; however, they would be able to repair the existing door so that we can utilize it over the six week period waiting for the new one to be installed. That was the best news as we utilize the garage door probably more than other people. Thanks to Leo and his helper for doing such a fantastic job fixing the current door. Dylan promptly arrived to our home, was incredibly gracious throughout his time here. He quickly assessed the broken door, provided us with multiple options for fixing or changing out the doors and walked us through all of the plans step by step so we could come to a shared decision plan. He then completed all the work within 2hrs and was able to do without us having to clear out our entire garage which was so much easier for us. Chris and his tech did an excellent job repairing the garage door. They came in the time specified and replaced the springs, cables and rollers under the estimated time. They did a review of the door components and gave multiple options based on their inspection. There was no pressure during the option selection and went right to work on the project once I gave them the go ahead on what I agreed to. I would highly recommend them for garage door work and will be sure to call them back if other work needs to be done.

Darrin Mills did an excellent job performing my Garage Door Opener motor battery replacement. He arrived exactly on time and also called me to tell me he was on his way. I did not have to wait through the 4 hour time window because he arrived at the start of the 4 hour time window. He checked the door operation and changed my remote controls' batteries. He also showed me how to open the motor housing door for when I have to change the light bulbs. I also appreciated only having to wait two days for the appointment. The price was very reasonable. This was a five star job!

Precision came highly recommended by one of your previous customers and a neighbor of mine. From the initial phone call for information to the completion of the job, the customer service was excellent. Tom Schray and his assistant arrived on time on the designated day with a courtesy call to say they were on the way. This was in addition to a text with the same notification. There was a detailed discussion about the problem and the best solution with details on all costs involved. I appreciated the time taken by Tom to explain since I am a senior citizen and not used to dealing with such a problem. They were prepared to fix the problem same day and expertly proceeded to repair the broken spring, cables and rollers. Their attention to detail every step of the way was impressive. Although I couldn’t get someone that day, Chris came 2 hrs ahead of our scheduled time the next day. He explained everything (sometimes twice as my husband was not present.)
