One of our Liftmasters died at the ripe old age of 27 years.Excellent experience with Precision from beginning to end. Booked appointment online for a couple of days later.Regular reminders and text updates on technician’s progress towards and arrival at our property. Very customer oriented and pleasant tech. Diagnosed and explained the problem, and gave me options for replacing opener with pricing and a detailed description of the differences. Explained the siting options for keypads and remote controls.Had replacement openers on truck, completed work same day and never asked for CC information or payment until we were satisfied following a full explanation and demonstration of the features and workings. Price reasonable given the outstanding service. Our go to from now on.

My service technician was Dylan. He was great. Took the time to explain to the repairs that were needed for my garage door. He gave me three options and went over in detail with each option entailed. I never felt that I was pressured into getting anything and his work was clean, quick and efficient. Very friendly I would definitely recommend Dylan.

Today we had Dylan out from Precision Garage Door Service. He was very professional. He listened to our concerns and then started to access the problem. He provided us with suggestions on the repair and gave us options. He proceeded with the replacement of the keypad and tune-up on the garage door. He was efficient in his repairs. My experience with Precision was a very positive one. It began with Beth, who answered the phone. Ever so pleasant and efficient, she was able to schedule me for same day service for my problem. She explained the visit fee and gave me the name of the service technician. She also answered any questions I had. Leo, the service technician, was scheduled to come between 1 and 3. He called earlier and asked if he could come at 12:15. He was prompt, courteous and eager to answer my questions so that I could understand what happened to the opener. He showed me a problem he noticed with my springs and cables (23 years old) which were headed for breakage (even I could see that) and gave me several options to defer the breakage. I am totally satisfied with the service Precision performed and would recommend them.

Dylan Reynolds is personable and competent technician. He knows his business and is efficient. To a separate topic - this morning a technician was scheduled to arrive at my residence between 8 and 12. At 11:45 after telephoning Precision Services I was told the technician was delayed. As good business practice I should have been notified the technician was delayed as I kept the morning open and required the afternoon to perform necessary errands. I just had Precision come out to my home on a Saturday. They came and fixed a bent roller track. The Teck, Dylan Reynolds, was absolutely incredible. Not only did he fix our original issue quickly, he also went up and beyond by double checking the springs and motor on the other garage door opener (and made small adjustments to that other door he wasn't even working on). I've used two other different Garage Door Companies in the past but from now on, I'm staying with Precision. I'm very happy with the knowledge, friendliness, and the fairness of their prices.

Tina was very efficient and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain the different options and made sure that we were completely comfortable with our choice. She even added on weather stripping when I requested it at the last minute at the end of a very long day for her. The doors work beautifully and are so much quieter which was an unexpected bonus! Hopefully we never have the springs on both doors break within a few days of each other again, but if we do we won’t hesitate to call Precision and Tina back out to fix them.
