Percision seems less than Precise. They called on the wrong phone number and and then arrogantly told me I would be charged the service fee again to do the repair. They started by messing up the phone numbers and then wanted $315($460 with the double service charge) for a $20 part that takes less than 10 minutes to install. I would avoid this very confussed, rude and expensive company. Literally anyone else would be the better way to go.

The repair technician, Leo, arrived on time. Estimated the cost of repairs before starting the work. Installed a new bottom seal on the garage door, and replaced a damaged cable. Finished the job very efficiently. I was completely satisfied with the work. I had used Precision before and will definitely use them again.

Chain on garage door opener snapped. Precision came out the next day and replaced chain. At my request also replaced rollers and bearing. Very efficient.
