We are so pleased with the service that this company provided. We had very old garage doors and realized one day that the sensors did not work. Mike came out the very same day to give me an estimate on new motors with appropriate sensors. The day after that, our new motors were placed and they work very well. Excellent customer service, friendly and efficient.

I would give 4.5 stars. We had a new garage door installed today. The door looks beautiful and installation of door and trim was great. I would have given 5 stars, however, the caulking around the door was a bit messy/uneven, so a little disappointed in that.

Everyone at Precision Door was great and did exactly what they said they would do. A previous garage door repair service I used couldn’t give me a time when they could service my door and actually seemed disinterested to get the job. That’s when I got online and found Precision Door. I first talked to Beth who was extremely personable and knowledgeable to ask me the right questions to get my garage door repaired properly. She told me that Mike would be the Service Technician who would work on my door and gave me a time when Mike would arrive at my house. Mike contacted me before arriving and was at my house when promised. Mike was also extremely personable and knowledgeable of garage door repair. Mike told me the repair would take about 1 - 1.5 hours and the job was completed perfectly within that time. The price for their quality work was very reasonable. I highly recommend Precision Door.
