This is the second time I used the Service team since I had my garage door installed 2 years ago and they are excellent. On both service calls, the pre-service communication was great, technician showed up on time and was friendly and efficient. In both cases, the door was damage by one of my kids backing into it before it was completely open. Tina got the door operational in a few minutes and walked me thru options to address the cosmetic damage. In my experience, not may companies take Service as seriously as Precision Garage Doors. Highly recommend them.

It’s rare to find a business in which everyone is friendly, honest, and knows what they’re doing, but that’s the case with Precision. Matthew, the tech they sent, not only came when they said he would, but he called to tell me when in the four-hour window he’d arrive AND called to tell me he was on his way. In less than an hour we had new remote garage-door openers for both our cars for a reasonable price. Matthew diagnosed the problem, answered all our questions, and was a great guy to talk with. Highly recommend this outfit!

I have used Precision Door Service in the past and have found them to provide excellent service at a reasonable price. They are responsive in terms of providing appointments, prompt in terms of meeting their scheduled appointment times, and provide excellent service at a fair price. The technician arrived as scheduled, diagnosed the problem, installed and programmed a new opener and completed the paperwork in less than 15 minutes. It was a refreshing experience compared to many other experiences with home repair organizations (plumbers, HVAC, handy men, etc.)

Like many of you we were faced with a sudden garage door problem. It jammed and left the track. We called Precision and they were able to get Tina to come out the very next day. She called us and kept us in the loop as to when she would arrive & was extremely prompt (almost to the minute). Tina did a thorough inspection, told us our problem and gave us all our options. Our problems were vast so we opted to just get a new door. We are very pleased with Precision's technician and will be happy to submit another review when the job is completed.

He fully explained the repair process and provided several options -- I selected the one that met my basic needs and was affordable. My repair involved replacing two torsion springs and end bearing.
