Hello, As I went to leave my home Dec. 24, 2022 - Christmas Eve at 9 AM, I found my garage door was frozen shut! The outside temperature was 7 degrees. I called for emergency repair. Chris was excellent. He came earlier than the window time I was given (11AM-2PM). He went over "options" etc. I went with his Expertise/ Suggestions. Please reference my Invoice #44892336 for details on the Spring Rebuild & New Opener & the work that was done AND Chris' last name. Honestly, I felt very bad that he had sooo much work to do in the frigid cold (7 degrees) & on Christmas Eve!!! He was very very pleasant & detailed. I am very very happy that my electric garage door is working and that I did not need to park my car outside for 1-2 weeks until someone could come to fix it. Chris left his sticker on the wall. I will certainly call again if I need a garage door or whatever... Hoping to call on a warm day and schedule an appt. in advance. I am very very appreciative that my garage door was repaired on Christmas Eve in frigid weather. I could not be happier to see my garage door open at 8 PM on Christmas Eve Night when temperatures outside were even lower!!! So nice to park in my garage!!! Chris - Merry Christmas & Happy New Year! He carefully explained and showed me what he found, and gave me several choices of what and how to address the problem. After his work was finished, he again showed me what he'd found: a few not-so-good surprises. He was thorough and friendly. I would definitely call this service again: and I would ask for AJ.

Was not happy at all. I called you to our home for a repair, the garage door is 2" short of completely closing, therefore the garage is the same temperature as the outside and my babies room is above. I assumed this was an adjustment and was willing to pay for such. Not only was nothing done, I was charged $40.00 for 6 estimates beginning at $670 dollars, none of which we can afford. Not happy in Coatesville.

Leo was able to come a little earlier than the appointment window. He immediately diagnosed the problem with my old garage door opener which the belt was worn out. He gave me options of replacing the old belt and rail or replacing the door opener. Since my old opener was 19 years old and could break down at any time, I decided to go with a new opener. He gave me 3 options with one brand and 2 options with another brand. I knew the garage door was also out of balance so he recommended that I get new springs, cables, and pulley's replaced which I did. One of the cables he took off was in strands and ready to break, so replacing these parts was a good decision to make sure the new opener was not over stressed and so the door could move smoothly. It was an unexpected and very expensive job, and I have no idea what a job like this could cost, so I hope that this job was a fair price for everything. Leo was able to give a discount as part of a package deal with all involved. That said, Leo was extremely well mannered, patient with my questions, and was very knowledgeable and answered my questions clearly. He knows what he is doing and probably took less than 2 hours to replace and adjust everything. The garage door is moving smoothly and quietly. Hopefully things will be working problem free for many years. Well done Leo and team for the quick scheduling and service. Regards, Robert
