An extension spring broke on Thursday. I called at 7:02 AM Friday and the door was fixed by 5:30 PM that same day!!! Vaughn Yanko, their technician, was very professional, respectful, and personable. His explanations of the various options was very complete and understandable. We opted for a "torsion spring" upgrade and the door works better that ever. I would definitely recommend Precision Door (as well as Vaughn) to anyone!!

Our garage door spring broke and we could not open the door to get our car out. Called Precision around 2pm and they were at the house by 6pm. Technician presented several options from basic fix to preventative repairs. We chose preventative as the door was 20 years old. Work was done in an hour. Technician was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He even fixed our keypad entry while there. This is the second time we have used Precision and highly recommend the company.
