Technician that came out to look at my problem was very knowledgeable and clear as to what my door needed. Told that part would take 3 to 4 weeks to get to your facility. That was December 6th It's now 6 weeks and have not heard from Anyone!!!! This is becoming a pain since my wife and I use this door to get to our other garage , take out trash and get wood for our fireplace insert Please respond as your rating is getting lower with every day I wait. I love my garage doors! After calling a couple other companies for assistance with replacing our old gagrage door, Jim Hopton came to us in person to speak with us and was top notch. While at our home, he suggested what would be best for our home staying in line with our budget. He was patient, and gave us time to decide on color and style. Quotes and lead time were clearly communicated. There was a very small delay in the installation due to the holidays, which we understood. Chris and Sean installed the doors and new opens as well as helped us program the keypad. The guys we friendly, professional and we felt confident in the service they provided. There was a small hiccup during the install that was remedied immediately, and very much appreciated. Having a team that communicates in a professional and timely manner these days is hard to come by, Precision Doors was the best choice for us and glad to do business with them.
