Got an appointment for the day after I called. The technician, Gabriel, was on time, very knowledgeable and personable. He answered my many questions and explained the problems in an easily understandable way. He helped me program my garage door opener remote and reprogram my outdoor keypad. I highly recommend this company. Very pleased with the service.

We just purchased a new house and noticed the garage doors were very squeaky and we only had a remote for one of the two doors. Lou showed up right on time (we had a 3-6 window and he was there at 2:55!). He looked at everything, gave us an assessment of the condition of the doors and motors and lubed them to reduce the noise they make. Really personable and knowledgeable. Will keep them on speed dial if we ever need the doors or motors serviced.

Ten years ago I had a new garage door installed by Precision. Remembering the great price and service from that job it was a no brainer to go back to Precision for a needed repair job. AJ the technician was prompt, knowledgeable, humorous, and he walked me through a couple different options. We went with the option AJ recommended. It was a great experience thanks to AJ.

Great service. Bottom seal replaced on a old garage door where nothing was standard and everything was unique measurements. AJ figured out how to make it work and now I see no sunlight coming through the bottom. Great job by AJ and I highly recommend Precision for garage repairs.
