Precision's service was excellent through the entire process from the initial estimate to the installation and, due to a defect, the repair to the one door. Kurt, Beth, Angel and Ed were all very professional. We ordered a single and a double Classica 3000. Our only complaint is that the manufacturer of this model was incredibly backlogged and we had to wait 3 months for the doors to come in. One was damaged on receipt so we had to wait another 8 weeks for that.

My garage door opener, interior and exterior keypad totally died today. I am a past customer of Precision and knew I could count on them to confirm my fears and make the necessary repairs. Although an expensive repair, I am thrilled with the new Liftmaster garage door open, ah a keypad that works with a light touch, and the silence of the door is astounding to me - who knew. The work was diagnosed and repaired efficiently within 1 1/2 hours. I feel the better quality unit is going to give me years of service and I no longer have to wonder if the door will or will not open - the gremlin has left the building and with a Precision technician's expertise I am back up and running.

Searched internet for a local company to address issue with garage door. “Chatted” to share what happened. Had a tech arrive the next morning at 8:30! Gabe assessed the situation, presented 3 options after showing us the damaged part. Never pressured us, patiently answered questions and addressed our concerns. We opted to replace the opener vs repair. Evidently, Gabe is an experienced technician - nice, neat install. Did not leave until we were shown that everything worked properly. We were highly appreciative of his courtesy and talent. Very deserving of the 5 Stars! The google search gave me many options but I was drawn to the 24/7 same day repair possibility during a snow storm and I like dealing with local businesses. The West Chester site was close, the support for quick repair led to an order for a new improved garage door system when weather permits in the spring. I was extra pleased with the pleasant customer discount :). Mike was great and even came 1 day early as our driveway was cleared and ready for service!

From the beginning, when I called & talked to a pleasant helpful person, who quickly arranged an appointment, to the also, pleasant & helpful rep, Michael Hopton, I received a terrific experience from Precision Door South East PA. I learned so much about garage door openers & garage doors - much more than from the original garage door opener installer, who also came back for inspection. but hardly talked or explained anything compared to the good advice & information I obtained from Michael. He also included a couple of minor repairs. My garage door opener now works great !!
