I chose Precision after having contacted a half dozen other companies. Only one other came close and they were not located near enough. The response from the company was excellent. They charge for an inspection and this obviously saves them being given the run around by "window shoppers". The technician had a number of Door Opener in his Truck and I bought one on the spot. It was fitted and working in less than 2 hours. This is a Franchise run like a Family Business and I give my full recommendation to you to use them.

I guess it has something to do with Corporate Culture. We have been using Precision for over 20 years, in three different states and three different homes. The technicians in every case have been courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Currently, we have replaced both door motors and had service work done since February by this division/branch/franchise and again, the technician, A.J. Yanko, was efficient and thorough. Couldn't even tell he had been here when he left, clean and neat. Everything was operating efficiently and all programming completed. Their pricing has always been competitive. When the time comes to replace both doors we only have one call to make.

Our doors just arrived last week and Precision promptly contacted us and scheduled us for installation in less than a week. Excellent job. From the moment I called the number the service orientation was apparent. The engineer (Mike Hopton) was on the ball and his review of the 3 doors was quick and accurate.
