First time using Precision and was impressed with the friendly service when we called to make made our garage door repair appointment. Sean was our tech and did a thorough review of our garage door components that were giving us problems. He explained options giving pro and cons of each and we decided to replace our old spring system with a belt drive opener. Sean did a great job installing our new system! He was skilful and thorough and ensured our new opener system worked properly. Thanks Sean for a job well done!

Precision advertises their availability 24/7, and they are true to their claim. My garage door spring had just broken, and my first contact with them was a phone conversation with the manager, Tom, who responded to my after-hours phone call promptly. He was very friendly and informative, told me ahead of time what my possible options were, and told me the name of the technician, Chris, who would be coming to my house the next day. He also told me that the Chris would contact me at least once before he was headed my way. The next day, Chris contacted me twice before he got to my house. He was also very friendly and informative, and after inspecting the garage door and components, spelled out all the repair options that were available to me, as well as what the potential consequences could be based on which option I chose. I would recommend Precision to anyone looking for a company who values communication with a customer, and who is responsive, informative and friendly!
