I couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Precision. Our garage door broke over a holiday weekend. I called and Mike from Precision promptly responded and fixed our door. They kept in communication with us via text about our appointment. He was knowledgeable, prompt and very clean. Mike was able to fix the door for a very reasonable price. They didn’t up-charge us because it was a holiday. Great company! I highly recommend!

Had a broken that was going to take a week to get elsewhere. Decided to have it done professionally. Scheduled next day and rescheduled for a few days later after a conflict on my side. Gabe was excellent. He diagnosed the problem and too care of the repair immediately. He also quoted me a price for a new garage door especially since ours is original. I only ask that we be notified if the technician is vaccinated against covid-19 so that I probably should have worn a mask even thought I am tripe vaccinated.
