Dylan Reynolds and his co-worker were absolutely wonderful. They kept me posted as to their ETA and as they got closer to the arrival time. Once there they identified themselves, and went right to work to seek the solution to my problem with the garage door not closing completely and leaving a space between the ground and rubber molding. In addition, he gave me other ideas and suggestions to make life even easier for me and the garage door. This is the first time in using Precision Garage Doors, and I was extremely impressed. They're polite, courteous, professional and very thorough in their work . I would highly recommend them to anyone needing garage work done. Says something positive for the owners and company. I have used Precision in the past and was very pleased with the service. Now at my new home I needed service. Precision came out Monday 12/9 after putting in the request on Friday 12/6. They even made my call the first one. Chris and Tina called the night before and the day of to let me know what find they would arrive. They accessed my door and gave me a quote. They had all the parts needed for the repairs and did so in a timely manner. I could not ask for better service and highly recommend Precision.

We were woken up early one morning to a loud bang and discovered that the spring was broken on our garage door. I called Precision Door for a repair. They did not have any openings that day and had to book an after-hours visit because we had two cars trapped. The dispatcher reached out to the technician and he bumped us up in the queue. He was out to our house an hour later and explained all of the options that were available. I opted to replace more than just the spring and am so glad we did. The garage door is over 15 years old and is now working better than when it was installed. We can barely hear the garage door open from anywhere in our house. I cannot say enough good things about the service that Dylan Reynolds provided. We are very pleased with everything.

Have used Precision previously. They repaired garage stripping and installed new remotes and key pads. Technicians were friendly and efficient. They also inspected the doors and made recommendations for optimal garage door operation. Getting an appointment was quick and easy. The owner stopped out to check in which I thought was very professional. Won't hesitate to use them again when needed.

Leo and Harry came to repair one of our garage doors that had broken. The company kept us posted as to their arrival time with tech similar to Uber.
